We stayed there for a couple of days with the family. The hotel is a good 8-10 mins ride by car from the down town in an quite neighborhood. The hotel is not really a traditional style hotel as it located in a old and big building where on the floor has been renovated and used a hotel. Room was actually very big and with a big double room and single bed and extra bed for the small kid. We had a balcony as well. Room was clean and new as the hotel is new. Room had a small kitchenet, fridge and kettle. Although we had heard good words for the breakfast same was the biggest disappointment as it was poor quality and very limited choice as well as not a lot of quantity when something was finished was not replaced. Some of the reception staff do not speak English which makes communication difficult. Another staff who spoke English was not willing to assist and most of the time was away from the reception and we had to call him to come. I will describe this property like apartments with Breakfast and not a full function hotel with all services expected from a hotel.

Such a spotless hotel with good breakfast, the hotel was cozy but a bit far from sightseeing places though that was not a remarkable problem when the online taxies ( yandex) were available ( every trip cost less than 10 GEL). Rooms were cleaned everyday. The receptionist was so nice and helpful by answering our questions patiently. Thank you Mr.Edvard!

Firstly, I have to admit, that due to the bad weather conditions (heavy snowfall in the Gudauri region, roads were closed), I was a day late to my reservation, however I asked to keep it, since I intended to come anyway. I had an answer from a hotel, that they are keeping a room for me. Anyway, when I finally came, it appeared that I could only stay for a night, since the hotel was totally booked. However, the personnel were very kind, suggesting breakfast, taxi and being very pleasant to talk to.ย Secondly, the room was quite spacious with big windows overlooking the top of the Trinity Cathedral.ย Thirdly, I was given an extra heater, insomuch as it was very cold outside, which is nice. Finally, I have spent only one night there and could not provide more information, except for the fact that the building is interestingly designed and located in the area of old Tbilisi, among the private houses, primarily one-store. By the way, I met fluffy dogs there.ย

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile ๐โฆ However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotelโs staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

I really liked this hotel. I gave it 5 points, but it deserves 100. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Comfortable at home. Such comfortable beds, such soft and fluffy blankets ๐ There are irons and ironing boards on each floor. If necessary, you can order laundry. I was especially pleased with the kitchen. I've been here for a long time, every day there's something new for breakfast. And compotes, and baked sweets, and fruits, hot dishes. I have never seen such a variety of breakfasts anywhere. All employees are friendly and hospitable. The feeling that you are visiting family and not at a hotel. The location is not in the very center, but convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, from which you can go to the train station and bus station, and itโs also just a 15-minute ride to the metro. I recommend to all. And if Iโm ever in Tbilisi again, Iโll definitely go to the jazz hotel again.
The Swissotel Tbilisi is in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town, meaning guests can walk into and around the city centre for attractions, parks and historical landmarks. Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

This renovated soviet fabric factory is a perfect place to relax in Tbilisi. With its industrial feel, there are relaxed open spaces with sofas and carpet and places to sit and chat or catch up on work. The rooms are super-clean and spacious and stylishly fitted out with comfy beds and excellent showers. And the young staff are happy to help sort out any problem. Outside, the courtyard is buzzing with cafes, bars and restaurants making it a great place to relax from the frenzy of the city.
ibis budget Tbilisi Center is perfectly positioned for leisure and business guests, close to everything the Georgian capital has to offer. Enjoy many historical and family-friendly attractions nearby. Back at the hotel, free Wi-Fi and TVs make relaxing in your room a pleasure. The garden and lobby are ideal places to relax, with design inspired by Tbilisi Concert Hall. This fuss-free, budget hotel makes visiting Tbilisi a breeze. Rustaveli metro station is close, making getting around easy.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasnโt large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didnโt eat breakfast at the hotel so canโt comment on whether itโs any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although itโs very central, it is on a side street so itโs not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!
Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel sits in the building of the former Institute of History and Ethnography, erected between 1929 and 1930 and absorbing a variety of stylistic features of disparate eras. The Tbilisi Concert Hall (sometimes called Philharmonic Hall) is located just opposite the street, and the city's main Shota Rustaveli Avenue with charming cafes, restaurants, and eclectic shops, is within a few minutes' walk.

strogly recommend his hotel. Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough. Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting vou with that. I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion. I will definetely back to this hotel again.

MMalek RamiI had a wonderful stay at the hotel for one night, i wish i could make it longer but i had other arrangements
The staff are very friendly, Giorgi who checked us in, and Olga the manager who helped us with one issue.
Also all other staff who helped us during our short stay with taxis and locations.
Rooms are bit small so if you are a family with kids you should consider booking a suite which is affordable.
Breakfast is reasonable and rich with local food.
The lobby is cosy and nice, thereโs a small playing area for kids, also hot drinks and water are available for free at the lobby.
Would definitely stay there again if i go back another time to Tbilisi.
EExplorer08877398010This hotel is just up the street from the Parliament Building and National Museum. It is closer to old Town (& Gallery Mall) than Rooms and Stamba Hotels on Rustaveli. Being up the hill, it is very quiet. The staff was terrific-helpful & knowledgeable, everyone at the front desk. The gym is solid. I did not use the pool & sauna, but they are there. I had lunch in the restaurant my first day, a good pasta. The restaurant has a nice outdoors area that sprays mist during hot days. The breakfast was solid, not great. Pastries were ok, & fruit was limited. I never looked at the menu (more dishes, probably inc eggs) but just went with the buffet. The room is large. AC is good. Shower is big, but it took a long time to get hot water & then a challenge to settle with comfortably warm water. A very good choice. Iโd rate it similar to Rooms Hotel in price & service, though the lobby here is more functional than impressive. Oh, yes-WiFi here is solid.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .
RRobertIf you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
Itโs located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, youโll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If youโre looking for traditional hotel comforts youโll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
GGuest UserPlanning to stay for a few days in Tbilisi, we chose this hotel. Booked two rooms. Our flight arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning, but despite this, the manager and local cats were waiting for us at the hotel. We were offered rooms to choose from. Most of all I liked the rooms on the 3rd floor, they are more spacious and lighter. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and a small wooden staircase leads to the third floor. Don't expect much from the window, everything around is quite densely built up. The hotel is in a quiet side street but very close to many attractions and cafes. The guys have a cozy outdoor veranda, apparently in the summer there are breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, TV, kettle (if it is important for someone), but we did not need it. By the way, tea could be drunk at any time in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, slippers were a plus. There is hot water, no problem. It was very warm in the room and we opened the window, otherwise stuffy. For cleaning, you need to hang a sign asking you to clean up. Breakfast: delicious, home-style, the table was set for our arrival. There were pancakes, two salads, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, juice, tea, coffee, apples, sweets. Wifi is good.
BBOBO.wanderingThe hotel room is clean that house keeping service is provided everything. Itโs very spacious with cozy beds. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with various choices and most of them are Georgian dishes.
The location is good with 8 minutes walk can arrive at main streets. Will come back for sure if I visit Georgian again.
MMalisaStayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, relatively neat and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the 15th floor, but it's a pity that I didn't bring swimming trunks. The front desk staff was very nice and borrowed charging adapters for free. When I left, the front desk told me to let me stay at their hotel again.
GGuest UserThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.
