First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

Rarely I write reviews due to lots of other stuff to do but I would like to say a couple of words about this location. Due to work I have visited lots of hotels and I do really enjoyed my short visit at Riverside.What makes the difference is their staff, from reception girls to security guy or cleaning manager, All was perfect. Wifi was fast, no issues and hotel seemed historical .I had a second floor room 205, with high ceiling and small french balcony. Enough to smoke and look at part of the river. If you are coming from west Europe like me with tiny rooms and high price tag hotel accommodations, you will be amazed how large my Room was here and with great price rate. surprisingly quiet and no noises were coming in.

2nd time to visit, good choice I like the breakfast really enjoyed

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!

I strogly recommend his hotel. Amazing hotel in all criterias as it can be. Very fresh, clean and comfy amenities, spectacular place in a heart of a city, but quiet enough. Amazing and extra helpful staff. Atention to costumer is maximum. They even remember what I eat or drink and each morning waiting you with that. I would say that this hotel changed my opinion that hotels are no longer trying for customers. the Philharmonic Tbilisi Hotel perfectly denied that opinion. I will definetely back to this hotel again.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

The hotel staff was very kind and nice! I asked the hotel staff if there was a microwave and they said it was in the bar so I could heat up some instant rice!
