Onyx City Center

The hotel is one of the best hotel we visited. It’s clean, beautiful and with welcoming staff. Friendly and courteous staff especially the reception who are always ready to help. The room is excellent especially the views. We will definitely comeback for our future trip in Georgia. Thank you for the wonderful stay experience in your hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for seven nights. Honestly, I feel bad for writing this because of the staff. The housekeeping, breakfast, and front desk staff were exceedingly helpful, friendly, and lovely. However, I'm sad to say that these were the only positives I can say about this hotel. When we arrived, there was no bellboy available to carry our luggage. Upon arrival, we were informed that the bar and restaurant were closed for undisclosed reasons, which meant that if we wanted to eat, there was no bar, restaurant, or room service available. Although the front desk staff offered to order from nearby restaurants, we expect more from a 4-star hotel. The rooms were clean, but they felt extremely cramped. We had standard rooms, but there wasn't any chair or any other furniture to sit beside the bed. This became a problem when I had to conduct a Zoom meeting, as I had to go down to the lobby bar. Unfortunately, it was closed, so I had to conduct my business there amidst the noise and disruption from the lobby and staff. The breakfast options were limited, and they couldn't prepare eggs to your liking. In summary, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating as it lacks basic amenities such as a spa, pool, or a good restaurant and bar. However, the staff is exceptional, and it's unfortunate that they work in a subpar hotel. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms and cleaning things was good , the location of the hotel was acceptable and you can access tourist loc near by the hotel. Breakfast was good and delicious. It may be a little difficult to find because it’s not in the Main Street. The staff was very polite but not friendly i think.

The worst experience ever. We arrived at 16:30 and came from Batumi and our room was not ready. Rude staff at reception. They kept saying us its not rrady and there is nothing they can do about that.The unprofessional staff told us to wait for 1 hour.

Had a good stay.centrally located with loads of restaurants around. dinner at hotel restaurant was horrible..breakfast was just OK...there were no labels on dishes and had to guess as i dont eat pork or beef.....waiters were not well trained they were always in a hurry to take your plate away while you are still eating even when the resturant was not busy neither i was there for a long time ...had to tell them I am not finished yet...very unpleasant service..only the front desk staff greeted with smile..did not like there attitude
