In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. We had to leave the room door open to the house stream to reach a little air circulation (photo). The other renter passed by, we had to buy. Is the view of the carpet climb the secured city view? Well hardly. Here we were misleadingly misleading. Normally we drink a cup of coffee as the first, which should be ready. Does the hotel Tato mean with ”cafe and tea accessories” (the water cooker is mentioned separately) with two cups with undercups and lime? Since we suspected that we could use our own solvent coffee from our own stocks. Since Wi-Fi can be used for all areas free of charge, we tested quality in the evening just before 23:00 at a time when there should be a good rate: Absolutely not reasonable for the capital - in other cities we reached the 40 Mbps. Multiple speed measurements were not possible because the data transfer was too low. We reached a download rate of 0.11 Mbps and a upload of 0.41 Mbps (photo). So we made a second measurement for a few minutes, allowing a download rate of 0.16 Mbps and a upload of 4.36 Mbps. We used our own Sim card of the mobile provider to send at least some photos of the day to our home. When we saw the shower described, we were looking to bath. With this untreated hole in the bathtub (photo), the bathtub naturally fell out. The edge behind the bathtub also looked not invited. At this occasion we examined the other described performances, which is not actually our mind. Thus, ”extra-long beds (over 2 m)” are described. Good measured it was only 1,96 m - that is clearly not over two meters. We are not cm-fuckers - the data should be true, because just in large people this is not pleasant, when you hit up and hang your feet in the night in the air. You can't glory with performances that are not available

Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds. The room missed a few things like water bottles, vanity kits, etc. but they brought all of it after we asked.
Possibility to check in early for 50% of the rate which is very useful when you arrive in the middle of the night.
Slight issue with the bathroom if you take a shower, the water doesn't go down the drain right away so it starts leaking outside.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the woman at the reception (I forgot her name). They treated me not like a guest, but like a family member. So much help, sincere care. Thank you again! I rented the room for the night, but on my next trip I will definitely stay here. Location - 🔥 All attractions are within easy reach And what a terrace on the top floor of the hotel - view of Tbilisi + Georgian wine = great evening. Clean, spacious room (bath amenities, slippers ✅) Breakfast - boiled egg, sausages, bread, cheeses, tea, coffee, juices, vegetables, fruits - included in the price (room for 2000₽😲) I'm in a pleasant shock. Thank you again! See you again. You are in the heart 🧡

Amazing hotel! The staff is very kind and welcoming, they are helpful with recommendations for trips and information on sites. Thank you Mariam for your help. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, amazing views, and very comfortable beds. They provide daily complimentary chocolates and water, in the rooms. The location is even better, in just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) there are shops, restaurants and cafes with beautiful views on the way. They even provide umbrellas for very sunny or rainy days. In my opinion, the star of the show is the spa, an amazing underground pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, salt room, changing rooms, and free food/drinks (cookies, smoothies, teas, lemon and regular water, and fruits). This is the place to stay in Tbilisi, and I will be coming back for the scrub massage and facial.

This renovated soviet fabric factory is a perfect place to relax in Tbilisi. This is our first time in Georgia and the hotel helped alleviate some of the issues we had during our trip. Although there were limited number of staff to help out during the course of the day (Housekeeping only until 9pm), and some other issues that was nitpicked, overall stay and comfort were points to be celebrated. The room was spacious and temperature control was spot on. TV was huge and free movies were there to be watched. Overall cleanliness and Housekeeping during the day was commendable. The tub was spot on and had this luxurious feeling to it. The view was something that came out of a novel book. and the bed and pillows were something that they should advertise more, it was very comfortable! amenities also, for the price point were also very good. swimming pool is very nice with temperature set on a constant 27 degrees. Gym was quite small but everything a person needs for their usual workout is there. Sauna and spa is very well maintained as well. and the lobby and reception lounges felt like I was in a 5 star hotel, with a very low ceiling height. Breakfast was something that they need to improve I might say. selection, for a contintental breakfast was very very limited, to the point that on our 3rd day, we just didn't eat anything other than egg since it has been very redundant. the choices as well was not that good (2 out of the 8 mains were both egg based). nevertheless, shoutout to all the front of the house staff as they were very accommodating and always there to help us out. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and my family really enjoyed it. We have been blown away by Georgia with some hiccups here and there but will definitely be back and will never look for any other hotels but Marjan.
ibis budget Tbilisi Center is perfectly positioned for leisure and business guests, close to everything the Georgian capital has to offer. Enjoy many historical and family-friendly attractions nearby. Back at the hotel, free Wi-Fi and TVs make relaxing in your room a pleasure. The garden and lobby are ideal places to relax, with design inspired by Tbilisi Concert Hall. This fuss-free, budget hotel makes visiting Tbilisi a breeze. Rustaveli metro station is close, making getting around easy.

We stayed here for two nights, me my husband and 13 year old daughter. We had a family room on the second floor. I booked this hotel due to its location, low price and good reviews. We have stayed in a couple of Ibis Budget hotels in France and Spain, this one here in Tbilisi is the best one we have stayed in. Excellent location near the metro, main shopping street and tourist sights. Friendly, efficient staff who speak perfect English. Our room had a double bed and two single beds that can be folded away into cupboards, it wasn’t large but fine if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Obviously this is a very basic hotel, no fridge or safe in the room, but the telly had some English channels and the shower in the bathroom was fine. The bed was firm but ok. The air conditioning and the WiFi work well. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on whether it’s any good or not. There are several decent restaurants and bars close by (we especially liked the quirky little craft beer bar round the corner on the main street) and a Spar for groceries and a kiosk selling local pastries. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and we liked it here so much we have booked it again for later in our Georgia trip. Our favourite thing about this hotel is that although it’s very central, it is on a side street so it’s not noisy. Our previous accommodation was super loud, so coming here to a cool, dark, silent room was bliss. The best sleep ever! Thank you!
ibis Tbilisi Stadium Hotel is nestled at the beginning of the vibrant Aghmashenebeli Avenue with its scattering of bars and restaurants located in iconic historical buildings, is also just a stone's throw from the beautiful Mushtaidi Park and Dinamo Stadium. Start right with a hearty breakfast spread, spend your day discovering charming capital of Georgia then come back for a bite and a drink before heading back to your room for a great night's sleep.
GGuest User2023.10.05
An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement
GGuest UserThis is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserRarely I write reviews due to lots of other stuff to do but I would like to say a couple of words about this location. Due to work I have visited lots of hotels and I do really enjoyed my short visit at Riverside. What makes the difference is their staff, from reception girls to security guy or cleaning manager, All was perfect. Wifi was fast, no issues and hotel seemed historical .I had a second floor room 205, with high ceiling and small french balcony. Enough to smoke and look at part of the river. If you are coming from west Europe like me with tiny rooms and high price tag hotel accommodations, you will be amazed how large my Room was here and with great price rate. surprisingly quiet and no noises were coming in.
MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .
GGuest UserPlanning to stay for a few days in Tbilisi, we chose this hotel. Booked two rooms. Our flight arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning, but despite this, the manager and local cats were waiting for us at the hotel. We were offered rooms to choose from. Most of all I liked the rooms on the 3rd floor, they are more spacious and lighter. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and a small wooden staircase leads to the third floor. Don't expect much from the window, everything around is quite densely built up. The hotel is in a quiet side street but very close to many attractions and cafes. The guys have a cozy outdoor veranda, apparently in the summer there are breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, TV, kettle (if it is important for someone), but we did not need it. By the way, tea could be drunk at any time in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, slippers were a plus. There is hot water, no problem. It was very warm in the room and we opened the window, otherwise stuffy. For cleaning, you need to hang a sign asking you to clean up. Breakfast: delicious, home-style, the table was set for our arrival. There were pancakes, two salads, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, juice, tea, coffee, apples, sweets. Wifi is good.
MMalisaStayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.

I think it's cheaper than other hotels near the station.
·place
It is located behind Tbilisi station, a little up the hill. Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill.
The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the hotel is very good, and I enjoyed the night view while having a drink on my way back from sightseeing during the day. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body.
By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park.
·Facility
It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. There is a chair with a nice view outside the door.
・Bar, terrace
There is also a bar with a nice atmosphere, which is recommended for those who want to chat with other travelers. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order.
There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing.
·summary
I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good.
Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person.
However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people.
Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, relatively neat and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the 15th floor, but it's a pity that I didn't bring swimming trunks. The front desk staff was very nice and borrowed charging adapters for free. When I left, the front desk told me to let me stay at their hotel again.
GGuest UserThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.
