Ein wunderbares Hotel - liebevoll eingerichtet mit idyllischen Garten. Alle Mitarbeitenden übertreffen alles, was man von anderen kanarischen Inseln kennt, um Längen: nett, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erkennen, bevor man sie geäußert hat. Ein wirklicher Wohlfühl-Urlaub…wir kommen gerne wieder!

El hotel es encantador y la decoración más cercana a un museo. El trato del personal es muy bueno, respetuoso a la vez que familiar. La hostelería de primer nivel. Estuvimos dos días y nos quedamos con sabor a muy poco. Hay que volver y disfrutar de todas sus posibilidades

Todo excelente. El enclave y el restaurante preciosos. La comida y el servicio excelentes. Ambiente tranquilo. Visitar el jardín es más que recomendable y la hacienda en sí, está llena de rincones especiales. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiremos.

Schönes Hotel mit bemerkenswertem Ambiente. Und einer wirklich tollen Lage. So viele schöne kleine Details, sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Tomaten und Gurken gehörten leider nicht zum Buffett.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Fuimos para celebrar nuestras bodas de plata con mis hijos el fin de semana. El hotel es precioso. Cada habitación es diferente (nosotros cogimos tres, porque éramos 5), a cuál más bonita. Decoradas todas con antigüedades y con diferentes temáticas, parece que te trasladas a otra época. El jardín lleno de plantas tropicales es espectacular y te transmite una tranquilidad y una paz ideal cuando necesitas hacer un alto en las prisas del día a día. Y la zona de la piscina, con su casa del baño, completan el relax que transmite el jardín. Todo el personal se merece un 10. Atentos a cualquier petición que tuviéramos y siempre con una sonrisa. Me gustó mucho que es un hotel muy sostenible; el desayuno está bastante completo y lo que quieras caliente lo tienes que pedir. De esa forma, no se desperdicia comida que si la tienen hecha y no se consume, la tienen que tirar. Cenamos una noche en su restaurante El Sitio y la cena fue deliciosa también, aparte de que el restaurante es muy bonito, como todo el hotel. En resumen, una experiencia muy agradable y para repetir!

This is without doubt the best hotel on La Palma. From the friendly welcome from Jose to the efficient breakfast team, al e staff are lovely. We had room 1 and enjoyed the private outdoor area and the huge spacious room. Friday night was slightly marred by being the nearest room to a private party with a band. Pre warning might have helped rather than hoping we would just accept it. Did not eat in the restaurant as we preferred more basic fare, there are plenty of good local spots within walking distance. We are planning our return!
