Still our family's preferred hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful whenever needed. A comfortable room just needs to improve cleanliness a little. There is a part of the room that has not been wiped for a long time because there is thick dust, especially in the part where the water is cooked. The same goes for the telephone desk and the bed section. A bit dusty. But the other parts are clean. Anyway, still the best hotel in tawau so far👍👍👍👍❤️

Hotel that needs to be upgraded but still can stay. Location is very good surrounded by shops for necessities whether it's food and basic necessities..another Chester Night Market is nearby you can walk. For muslims the mosque is just next door. Room service staff are always willing to help. Spacious and guarded car parking just a lifeless lobby even though it's big. cafe that doesn't work.
