This is a very British-style hotel, located just across the road from Taunton train station, but it's not noisy. Although it has a long history, it has been painted and protected extremely well. The breakfast is English-style, the portions are generous, and I personally like the taste. However, it is an old house after all, there is no elevator, and it is very inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. Moreover, faucets and showers are difficult to adjust, and the water temperature may be hot! However, the heating is really good, but it is also hot.
The lady serving here is very beautiful and patient.

There is no hair dryer and the washbasin is only as big as a palm, making it impossible to wash clothes. My back hurt when I slept on the mattress. I couldn't return it, so I stopped staying here and moved to another hotel.
