Hotels Near Mirzo Ulug‘bek nomli bog‘ in Tashkent

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

The room is very good, very clean and high-end, there is a swimming pool, quiet, there is a yard, very close to the city center and very convenient, a very pleasant experience, in the case of such a high price of Tashkent hotel, this kind of hotel is quite good, it is worth it Check out a very cost-effective hotel

The room is very clean and the Chinese service is very good! The people are also very enthusiastic, the breakfast is very good, and the fruits white apricots and cherries are very delicious. The smell of childhood!

slightly long drawn out check in as the receptionist did not want to honour the bookig rate.. after an arguement, got the agreed rate.. good hotel in a glitzy new area of town..excellent breakfast..probably the best we had in uzbekistan..reasonable service..the server during the football game had us move from a table he had given us saying it was pre reserved

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

The accommodation was great. The boss was very friendly. They even invited us to play during the Independence Day celebration. They were so good at dancing. The breakfast at the hotel was the best I have ever had in Uzbekistan, especially the bowl of white porridge. Chinese style white porridge is so precious

The hotel is strategically located, very close to the Magic City attraction, and can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The boss is very hospitable and enthusiastic. He arranged to pick me up at the airport very late, which is very heartwarming. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very attentive, combining Chinese and Western styles. Hygiene: It arrives on time every day and is very clean Facilities: Complete facilities, hot water Environment: Beautiful environment, balcony, pavilion Service: Very thoughtful, the clerk can speak a little Chinese, very friendly

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

I really liked the hotel! Furniture, plumbing - everything is new. Purely. The reception always helped with all questions! The only thing is that it is a little noisy at night, the windows overlook the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay at this hotel, I’ll be happy to come again)
