I really liked the hotel! Furniture, plumbing - everything is new. Purely. The reception always helped with all questions! The only thing is that it is a little noisy at night, the windows overlook the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay at this hotel, I’ll be happy to come again)

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

Facilities: The room of the king-size bed room is not very big, and the bathroom only has a shower. Hygiene: It is relatively clean, and there are some stains on the inside of the toilet seat. Environment: It is located in the new district of Tashkent, next to Tashkent City Park and CITY MALL. It is very lively from 8 pm to 12 pm in early August. Service: The gym and small pool on the underground first floor need to be reserved. Breakfast is on the 6th floor, which is very rich and the dining environment is elegant and comfortable.

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

He arranged to pick me up at the airport very late, which is very heartwarming. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very attentive, combining Chinese and Western styles. The accommodation was great. The boss was very friendly. They even invited us to play during the Independence Day celebration. They were so good at dancing. The breakfast at the hotel was the best I have ever had in Uzbekistan, especially the bowl of white porridge. Chinese style white porridge is so precious

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to most of the attractions (the three in the picture). The room is smaller than the Intercontinental, but the price is also a few hundred yuan cheaper than the Intercontinental. It is still recommended. The price/performance ratio is pretty good.

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

The hotel is great. The plane was late, and the driver waited for us for 3 hours. He came out to help us carry our luggage. I was touched. Because there were 8 people in the group and there was a lot of luggage, the hotel also arranged a business car to pick us up. It was awesome. It took about 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. It is said that Tashkent Airport is in the city center. On the last day, I went to Samarkand. I contacted the hotel in advance to help me book the high-speed rail ticket online. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. It was so convenient. There are several Chinese restaurants next to the hotel, all within a 5-minute walk, but we still like the big plate chicken made by the chef of the hotel. It is affordable and authentic. It is really delicious. The breakfast is the best in all the hotels in Uzbekistan that I have stayed in, because every day is a different stir-fry, and it is self-service. If you stay again, you will definitely get fat. Fried noodles, fried rice, millet porridge, shredded potatoes, dry pot cauliflower, stir-fried tripe shreds, you dare to imagine that this is breakfast, it's awesome, haha. In short, it is too worth it, the location is convenient, the room is very clean, and the breakfast is very comfortable. Chinese service can be used on WeChat for everything. Invite friends to talk about things, and the lobby is also very impressive. I have recommended it to my friends at the airport, haha. It is definitely worth the money.

The hotel is new. Good, convenient location,close to the city center. Modern recreational area with pool, spa, sauna, hammam and gym. The room was tidy and clean.Good european style breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff at reception, hotel's restaurant and recreational area. Our floor hotel's maid Shoira was just excellent, very kind, professional and helpful.
