This is the second day I stayed at this hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I saw the hotel manager arguing with the locals and calling the police. It turned out that one of our compatriots was extorted dozens of dollars by the local driver, and the manager came forward to help him get justice. It is commendable that the hotel manager can deal with it himself. It is righteous. This hotel is really a home for Chinese people in the local area. Although the local staff at the front desk are not so fluent in English and Chinese, they can basically communicate. Besides, there are Chinese employees. Anyway, I got more help here than other local hotels. Facilities: sufficient Hygiene: OK Environment: The city center is only a few kilometers away from the airport, and it can be reached by bus. Of course, the hotel also has a considerate airport pick-up service. But the domestic new energy vehicle picks you up at the airport. Service: Chinese and foreign employees are very friendly.

Take bus No. 40 from the airport to the hotel. It costs 1,700 by credit card and 2,000 in cash. It is very affordable to travel by bus in RMB one yuan. To reach the scenic spot, you can take the bus and transfer to the subway. Taking a taxi is very cheap, about ten yuan. You can reach Samarkand by taking a long-distance bus for 300 kilometers from the bus station for 60,000 yuan (the exchange rate is 37 yuan). The consumption in Uzbekistan is very low. This is the 58th country I have visited. The hotel is brand new, the price is very cheap, and the breakfast is good.

В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

Europe Hotel in Tashkent was the best hotel of our 11 days trip to Uzbekistan. It is very posh, new, stylish and modern. They have a good spa area with swimming pool, Turkish bath for two, sauna etc. The breakfast is very good and fulfilling. Lots of options to choose from….. The service is very good and hotel personnel is very kind. Our special thanks to MAKHMUD from the reception, always very attentive and kind. We recommend very much this hotel in Tashkent.

Location: Although the stay inn is not located next to the subway, fortunately, it is cheap to take a taxi to anywhere in Tashkent, so it is also very quiet in a residential area. Next to it is the local supermarket chain Korzinka, so you can buy drinks and food. Very convenient Facilities: The hotel is newly opened for three months, so the air conditioning and hot water pipes are generally very comfortable, a bit like a light luxury business style. However, the decoration smell is still very strong. If you are concerned, please don't try to move in easily. This is the first hotel we stayed in when we arrived in Tashkent. The room is of a suitable size and clean. The hotel also has a rich breakfast with local pastries. There is a large mosque next to it. It is very convenient to use Yandex Go to take a taxi. The boss is Chinese, and there is no barrier to communication. He is very caring to Chinese people. If you don't understand, just ask him. 😁

You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

The hotel is located in downtown Tashkent, not far from anywhere. The location is excellent. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and considerate. The accommodation registration card was missed at the Bukhara Hotel, and the front desk staff also communicated and solved it efficiently! The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is rich and delicious. You can also sit in the viewing corridor and enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food. The price-performance ratio is high! Families, rush! rush! rush!

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. During my three-night stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and world-class atmosphere. While I hesitate to label it as the best hotel in Tashkent due to the presence of newer and more modern options, based on my previous experiences, I can confidently say that this hotel caters to every taste and expectation, whether for business or leisure with your family. The staff are well-trained and supportive, the rooms are clean, spacious, and standard, the grounds are beautiful, and the breakfast offers a good variety and high quality. I did find the lunch to be rather expensive, but the room prices are remarkably reasonable and even cheap. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, sauna, or gym, so I cannot comment on them. In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to the staff and management and assure them that if I return to Tashkent, hopefully with my family, I would most likely choose this hotel again.
