We had a very bad experience at this hotel Now I explain why? We booked this hotel for 4 nights on our visit to Tarapoto. 1) The insistence we had was at breakfast on the second day, this day we left very early for our tour and we went down to the restaurant at 6:55 am and we saw that breakfast was ready, so we decided to serve ourselves and suddenly we were told Mr. Cara Arce who was the waiter approached, this man with a very arrogant attitude began to tell us that we could not have breakfast, since it was not yet 7 am, but there were only 2 minutes left until 7 am but according to the man You had to drink at 7 am, well he practically forbade us and with some foul words. this day was my wife’s birthday so we wanted to start our day with good energy, this attitude from this employee practically ruined our day since we were never able to have breakfast. 3) We sent an email to the administrator explaining the problem so we could have a meeting to clarify this incident. Which we never got a response from them. (Until now we are still waiting for her email after months) 4) The next day, due to our insistence, we were able to meet with the Administrator, where we explained in detail, at first she treated us kindly, but when i told her that she would have to return the amount for that breakfast, she became aggressively ready. to confront us personally with the worker who who called him and the worker even threatened us and the administrator told us that he will not give us anything back 5) We are really disgusted by the attitude of the workers at this hotel, me and my husband think they have no idea about customer service, since one cannot face the staff with the customer. This company that is partners with Casa Andina should train their staff. We, who always travel to many countries around the world, have never had these types of experiences.
