There are many restaurants to choose from near the hotel. It is not far from the MRT. The rooms are generally very good and clean. The only biggest drawback is the breakfast. Among hotels of this level that I have stayed in many times, the worst is simple and unpalatable. Salad and dressing are only single options, no choice. There is no porridge or side dishes, only a few simple dishes.

I had a wonderful stay at Taoyuan Novotel Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They understood our need for an early check-in the next day and arranged a shuttle bus for us at 6:30 am. They also assisted in keeping all our luggage, including items that needed to be stored in the chill room, and ensured everything was ready before our check-out. I loved the service and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Taoyuan. I will definitely come back again.

The corner family room for 6 was incredible! Beds were big, there was enough space for our 7 luggage.
There was also a raised platform with 2 beanbags which we could use for eating and relaxing.
There was also 2 large shower rooms and 1 toilet.

The location is very convenient. It is diagonally opposite Tiansheng Hospital in Zhongli City, next to Renhai Palace. Nearby are Zhongzheng Park and Sogo. Next to it is Jijie Huanbei Station A21. With my walking distance, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Zhongli Railway Station. Minutes, there is also a bus stop in front of Tiansheng Hospital that goes to and from Zhongli Taoyuan and Guoguang No. 1818 to Taipei Main Station. .

Very nice and cozy environment to spend a weekend with friends from overseas, hotel greeting, check-in check-out service and room maintenance are all excellent. The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

SShe eraI chose ihotel because of my son. The room space is moderate, the breakfast is semi-buffet, and the main dishes show that the chef has put effort and surprises into them. There is a laundry room and snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day. The hotel is not far from the MRT station, and it is very convenient to go to the nearby Zhongli Night Market. There are also many late-night snack stalls on the streets at night. I only have a slight dust mite allergy. I found a lot of dust when I picked up the items that fell under the bed in the morning. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleanliness.

The lobby is very wide and the floor is very high. The car is parked at the door. There is a concierge who comes out to greet him. It is very intimate. When you enter the lobby, you feel that the style. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. The explanation to the guests is very clear. The room is large and there are large windows. The lighting is enough, there is no bathtub in the room type that day. But the toilet space is sufficient and there is a toilet, the bed is very comfortable, the equipment is complete and the tea bags in Beijing Shengyu are provided, the room also has space for luggage and the available space of the desk is more than enough, breakfast is next to the lobby, there are many types of delicious, next to the restaurant is also a small fish pond and garden, I feel very comfortable. The small disadvantage is that there are no shopping facilities, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. around the hotel. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the machine railway station. Qingpu Hotel is also a relatively new hotel, the CP value is really super high, and I will stay again next time.

GGuest UserAll the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around.
If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

YYaocong房間田園景觀開揚，非和式的房間內竟有雙門雪櫃，包早餐，三天的食物款式不同，味道都不錯，這間中式食肆位於民宿對面，其保留原有古舊建築。另外，民宿還有一間附屬西餐廳，在民宿隔鄰，設有戶外觀景座位，我們選擇了室內的窗邊蓆（因怕有蚊子）。住客有100元台幣的購物券，故只需多補約150台幣，便能在品嘗富特色的咖啡，一邊喝美味的咖啡，一邊與家人閒聊，亦可欣賞田園景觀或閱讀，很有渡假的感覺。由民宿步行3分鐘，便到桃園客運總站，隔鄰有7-11，另步行5分鐘，有24小時自助洗衣店，超方便。不過，大溪夜巿每逢星期四才營業，幸好我們也能遇上。

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but it is very convenient for just a short stay for one night. It is very close to the high-speed rail station (5-7 minutes walk). It takes about 15-20 minutes to Taoyuan Airport. The place is relatively biased. There is no convenience store around. It is recommended to buy food at the high-speed rail station and then go to the restaurant. The bathroom is shared, but it is very clean. WiFi signal is also full, staying for one night is very affordable

The size of the air conditioner in the room, it will be more effective to adjust the cold or heating. The customer service is kind and polite; And the questions raised are also politely answered as soon as possible. Convenient transportation is even more advantageous. So my comment is: warm stop.

However, the hotel staff told me they almost cancelled my room because i didn’t check in on time.
Story short was, my first booking was from 26th to 28th Dec, but because of the red eye flight, i wanted to catch some rest before exploring the city.
After reaching out to the hotel via trip, i was advised to cancel my booking and rebook with 25th dec so that the room will be readily available to me upon reaching the hotel. I did what i was advised and still the counter staff made the remark of “cancelling” my booking because i didn’t check in on time.
Room was a little shabby especially the toilet, looks very old, definitely needs some upgrading.
