The hotel is generally okay for a short stay. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, with basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit firm for my liking. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could be a bit slow during peak times. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was just average. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. Noise from the nearby road could be heard occasionally, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay.

Nothing special about this hotel despite the reviews. The interior has not been updated for some time and carpets in the hallways and rooms have stains. Slippers they provide are like thin disposable hospital slippers.
Breakfast is a typical Asian cafeteria style affair, all pre-made with no real staff other than those that bus the tables for the next group.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be much in the way of decent accommodation options in Taoyuan. Mostly average 3-star style local hotels it seems. Better options in Taipei or the bigger cities.

I was looking for a place where I could check in late because my flight was arriving at dawn. Since check-in was 24 hours, I was able to check in even at 3 or 4 in the morning. The owner was very kind and nice. The room condition was also very good, and the necessary shower supplies were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.

Very good hotel. There are few hotels near airport but only only doesn't need transportation, it's the same building. Here is free pool, gym, shuttle bus to subway station with a lot of shops.

The toilet is much larger with wet and dry separation
But the cold water is super invincible and the shower head is not very easy to use
The computer suddenly shuts down in the middle of the game..
I used to live with the washbasin outside
Inside is the shower head + toilet, very crowded

The room was abit smaller than expected, due to the location the hotel was full. Went there to check in at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready. Only got the keys at 5plus and I’ve booked the room with windows but they gave me the one without. Since it was just one night stay, didn’t want to change anymore as I was tired from my flight.
In the evening while I was having my dinner in the room, the table lamp just busted in front of me and the glass almost went to my face! Was quite disappointed with the stay here. But location was great!

The room was clean but smelled of smoke. We were accommodated to have another room that doesn't smell like smoke. They need to be stricter in check out processes to ensure that guests don't smoke.
There aren't many facilities in the hotel as it's a single tall building, but they make up for tourist flyers in the lobby, the quality of toiletries, the courtesy of the staff to ensure that the room is clean and belongings are safe.
I like its proximity to the airport and metro station, and shopping area. I also like the quality and taste of the breakfast served.

LLukeTW86The Westin Tashee Resort in Taoyuan was an excellent getaway. The property is a little bit o it of the way, but it was well worth the trip. The service and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked on amenities. We had a good view of the mountains. The best part of the resort was all the activities and the pool. The outdoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. There was an open bar from 8:00 to 9:30 that was fun and had performers. Activities for kids as well. My only criticism would be the quality of the food in the buffet. While they had a lot of options, including western food, it was in my opinion poorly executed for the price. We tried both the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. For example, the eggs were too watery, the bacon not crispy enough during breakfast. Dinner the meat was dry. High points of the buffet is the selection and the Indian food. Surpassingly, the lobby bar (cafe?) had a great club sandwich, and was the best meal of the stay.

1. Breakfast was provided for three days during this stay. However, there were tableware at the dining location on the first day, but not at all on the second day. Then the service staff did not tell me where the tableware could be collected! Is it the waiter difference?
2. Breakfast glasses were only available on the first day, and they were all taken out on the second or third day without replacement.
3. The selection of beverages was originally limited to beverage machines and hot drink coffee machines. However, the hot drink machine was broken and was under repair for three days. So the small hot drink machine was not willing to spend money to hire someone immediately for so many days. Repair?
4. The computer equipment of e-sports hotels needs to be improved! If you only open lol and YouTube for one night, your computer will freeze and you will have to restart it twice! (Computer on the right side of 207)
Suggestion: It’s good to have 4 choices of main dishes for brunch, but the other non-staple dishes are exactly the same for three days. It is recommended to add at least a little variety.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

WWu NelsonThe room is big, the bathtub is big, and the KTV room made the family happy to sing all day long. When I got up early in the morning and went to the balcony, I heard someone singing outside. The breakfast was good, with three main dishes to choose from, and supplementary meals. The closing was quick and the service was good; the only drawback was that maybe we lived in room 105 next to the housekeeper, and we were woken up by the loud sound of moving goods at 7 o'clock in the morning.

YyoyoleungyiuThe gym was so new and well equipped and the room was very clean. Breakfast was beyond expectation. Staff was really polite and helpful. The room was decorated. Although the mirror and some equipments are a bit old, they don't bother me.
The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the train station.
The Thai food stall on the opposite serve authentic yummy fried rice, curry and barbecue. I also saw beers even though we don't drink.
Highly recommended to local and foreign travellers.

MMattyFPerfect for a “DIY” airport layover. Jump on the metro for 10 minutes (you can tap a credit card at the gate). Walk for 5 minutes across the car park and over a little wooden bridge and you are there. Very easy, always in sight and well signed. I had a no window room, perfect for my needs. Clean, comfortable, good night’s sleep… Breakfast was more to locals’ tastes but it’s included and there is plenty if you’re hungry, which I wasn’t. One thing to note is there is nothing else near the hotel and sadly no path along the river for an early morning walk.

CChrys NgStay for 1 night here due to early flight to catch. Is near to HSR hence going to airport is very convenient. Do take note that there's only a Factory Outlet, a Mcdonald restaurant and a convenience shop nearby. Not suitable for light sleeper as there are many movements outside the room throughout and opening/closing/locking of the door can be heard every now and then, perhaps due to the shared toilet.
