There’s some issue with my check in and the hotel staff wanted to send me away to another hotel. At last, it was settled after several negotiation directly with the hotel and through trip.com. After all, still a pleasant hotel to stay.

In total, it was a good stay. The price 1150€ for 2 nights is insane though. I like that the pool is open 24/7 and there is a beautiful restaurant with a view. The property also offered an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms are white and cold, though. Also the rooms should be cleaned while the guests are having the breakfast, so they need to use the updated system for tracking that.

Exciting structure, adjacent to the main square of Taormina, in a very privileged position overlooking the wonderful sea!
Thanks to all the staff for the unforgettable experience. Just to name a few and without forgetting the others: Luca manager of the restaurant, Santino at the reception, Giuseppe on duty at the pool and the breakfast lady contributed to making our stay excellent.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner the Hotel restaurant . The view from the patio when you’re having cocktails was spectacular and when you would order drinks they bring you little appetizers to enjoy . And loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Metropole is the best hotel in Taormina both when it comes to location and it has the best view at Breakfast and when you swim in the pool.
Service is excellent and both food and drinks are amazing.
Giuseppe in the pool Bar and Restaurant, what a legend and provide you with excellent service.
Choose this hotel and you will not be disappointed that's an guarantee.

View and Pool Spectacular.
Drinks and Restaurant very overpriced which is a pity for people staying at the hotel. Perhaps consider slightly lower prices for hotel guests.
