設施：酒店很新，在當地是最好的酒店了，性價比超高。
環境：就在竹海對面，很方便，酒店依山傍水，就在竹山旁。
服務：服務人員很熱情，接待我的圓圓從入住到退房都是她接待，很滿意。
餐飲:因為周邊沒有什麼餐飲，在酒店吃的兩餐非常超預算，從菜色口味都很合口味

地理位置不錯，整體環境硬件也可以，管理軟件存在問題，遙控器開不了電視服務員拿另一個遙控器開才可以，洗澡水很小很小完全沒辦法洗澡，後續處理還是可以的，最奇怪的是早餐，一個度假型酒店早上9點就沒早餐了，客人也不是很多，幾位客人都在跟服務人員吵，每個早餐桌都擺在風口下面，9點多一點就開始收了，然後就看到廚師、服務員在吃飯，客人沒得吃，這沒有那沒有連牛奶都沒有，別的酒店是10點半停早餐每個桌子問一遍要不要加東西，這個酒店是9點直接收全部收
