Unfriendly facilties to aged occupants..should prepare ground floor for elderly..no help avaliable to climb up horrifying staircase..

Location good nearby got shop and restaurant. Fast food mamak store grocery store.
No lift if with baggage difficult.
Staff all good . Full fill requirement what ever we need.

The location is great, however the room was quite small, comfy but simple set-up not even have chair, just a narrow walkway for moving around. The hotel not even a 'boutique hotel', but the price is on 3-star standard, literally overpriced.

The rate is not worth for it since without window, without hot water boiler and the side table is too small.
Bathroom/toilet area is big and compare to bedroom area become very pack, less of movement space.
Towel looked like quite old.

Fast check in & check out. Room was clean & bed comfortable. I booked the room with bathtub. Kids enjoyed the bathtub well. Water pressure was good. Hotel location strategy. Can get fast food, convenient store, hypermarket with walking distance. Everything was good.
