Room: There is a lot of space, a small refrigerator, free drinks, an instant coffee machine, and some have sea views. Toilet: large space, complete utensils, shower head and ceiling; hair dryer needs improvement. Cleanliness: Very clean Service: The service is 4.5 stars. Every staff member, including security, front desk, restaurant staff, etc., are very enthusiastic. Deducted 0.5 stars - A very unpleasant incident occurred 1 hour before check out. I have written to the hotel and are waiting for a reply. Facilities: The hotel's public facilities are beautiful and well maintained. There are: beaches, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, etc. The ladder to the beach is a bit rusty, and the road to the beach is a bit steep, so be careful. Breakfast: 4.5-star breakfast buffet. The breakfast at this price is very rich and satisfying. There are Local Malaysia Style, Western style, chefs who specialize in fried eggs, fruits, pastery, porridge, soup noodles, coffee machines, etc. In terms of hot food, there are several items that change every day. Well worth it. Location: The hotel is located between Georgetown and Batu Ferringi, a short distance from the city center, Georgetown and Batu Ferringi beaches. A Grab trip costs about RM12. There is also a bus stop at the intersection of the hotel, which can lead to the city or Batu Ferringi. There is a large Foodcourt in front of the hotel (open only from 5-6pm), and I had Italian Pot Pie, which is highly recommended. Price: Very cost-effective Recommended: 5 stars
