This stay was a very bad experience. From getting off the car to the hotel lobby, the staff did not respond at all. The front desk checked in and the staff were very enthusiastic and fast. Thumbs up. It is very convenient to order food in the room. The WeChat ordering speed is very fast, the product is good, and the delivery service is good. Thumbs up. There is no welcome fruit when checking in, and there is no comb in the room. I called the service center and the feedback was what the environmental protection requirements are. If the guest has a request, it can be delivered to the room. It is understandable, but this greatly increases the workload of the room service staff. The state of the bathroom Very bad, the floor is sticky, there is a long yellow hair on the basin, and there is mucus on the edge. The bathroom glass door shows poor hygiene after adding hot water. The cat's eye of the door is filled with paper. The carpet is of different colors. It should have not been cleaned for a while, or the local cleaning is too strong. The TV is very small. The international brand of Ice Dew is used for mineral water in the room. This is the first time I have seen these two bottles cost almost 2 yuan. The breakfast buffet is not cost-effective. It is recommended to book a room without breakfast. It is better to order at midnight. The buffet is very average. The tomato scrambled eggs in the Chengdu Maocai area are too salty and can't be eaten. I have reported it to the waiter and suggested that the chef taste it before serving. Is it because my colleague added salt twice! Others are quite satisfactory, far from the Shangri-La standard. How could Tangshan Hotel rank first? The front desk manager attaches great importance to the guests' stay experience. He proposed to change rooms, give away fruits, and give away hotel red when checking out this morning. I politely declined. I appreciate his kindness. I sincerely hope that this hotel in Tangshan will not damage the Shangri-La brand. Advantages: the hotel is well located and has a good external environment. The above are all true feedback. During the National Day holiday, I took my children to Tangshan for fun. The hotel level of InterContinental is obvious to all. Downstairs is Dazhao Park, the Earthquake Memorial Hall, and Wanda, with convenient transportation. The parent-child suite I booked was very large, and my family lived very comfortably. They also prepared fruit for pick-up and drop-off. The receptionist Miss Mia was very nice and friendly. During the tourist peak season, the hotel also provides a particularly considerate scenic spot pick-up and drop-off service. I unexpectedly received the service of Mr. Li, the general manager of the hotel. He was warm and thoughtful and made me feel at home. I will definitely stay at InterContinental again when I come to Tangshan next time!

Pullman is located next to Danfeng Chaoyang Square in Nanhu, less than 2 kilometers away from Tangshan Banquet, with an excellent geographical location. ❤️The standard twin room is 45 square meters with a reasonable layout and feels super large. It is less than 500 per night with two breakfasts. You can sit in front of the floor-to-ceiling window and enjoy the breakfast in Nanhu, which is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety, a combination of Chinese and Western, and there are special Tangshan snacks such as chess pieces and honey sesame candy. ❤️Every time I book a room, I have to find a hotel with a swimming pool. This time is no exception. This hotel has an independent shallow water constant temperature swimming pool that children like. I played for 2 hours at night and during the day, which is also true love. The indoor temperature of the swimming pool is 28, and you won’t feel cold even if you wear a swimsuit. ❤️The exterior of the hotel looks like a castle, and all camera positions are suitable for taking pictures. The baby saw the robot delivering takeout for the first time, and it was so fresh that he kept following it. The only shortcoming is that the hotel does not have children's toothbrushes and children's bathrobes. It would be perfect if I could wear a bathrobe after swimming.

This is my first time to go to Tangshan, and I chose it very close to the popular Tangshan Banquet, which is only a five-minute walk away. The first moment I opened the door, I felt that there was no peculiar smell in the room at all. I really liked it. I have stayed in some hotels and there is a bit of a damp smell when entering. This place is really great. Because I was staying with children, the lady at the front desk specially gave me a small toothbrush and small slippers, which was really considerate. There are also fresh fruits in the room for free, and mineral water is also provided. It's rich and fresh in the morning and tastes great. Tangshan is very good. Next time I come back, I will choose to stay here. By the way, there will be a lucky draw and small gifts before leaving.

The hotel service is still as enthusiastic as ever. I have stayed here many times. The housekeeper Crystal is still very thoughtful and helps to arrange the room carefully. The return visit is also in place and pays attention to the guest's stay experience.

I usually don't give 5 star rating but Manhattan Hotel has all inclusive service you'll need. The little detail made my stay comfortable and welcomed. The only hint of improvement is making non smoking inside. The restaurant was exceptional, particularly the cheese cake. Breakfast was great too. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, especially Zhang Haotian.

Great hotel, the hotel reception service is very good, check-in is very convenient. The first impression of the hotel room is that it is very big, and the second is that the room is neat and clean, and the surrounding environment of the room is very quiet, and the sleep at night is very comfortable. I have a small suggestion, the small alarm clock on the bedside is not very quiet, I hope the hotel can change it to a better one. It is a bit noisy when I put it on the bedside to sleep at night, so I put it in the bathroom, everything else is good.

The hotel is clean, the customer service staff has a good attitude, the transportation is convenient, the room is large, the living is comfortable, and the parking is convenient. My family likes it very much. I will stay here again when I come to Tangshan next time
