I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm and respectful service truly made my experience memorable. The hotel's location is also a big plus. It is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Whether walking or using public transportation, everything is within reach. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, catering to different tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day. The service is terrible, the bathroom drains, there's hair laying around everywhere, it’s absolutely disgusting. When you ask for help, the crew is nowhere to be found. They lie about everything, from cleanliness to service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel El Toro did not meet expectations. The staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the amenities were not as advertised, leaving much to be desired.
