The perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it.
A massive thanks to Othman, the reception Manager and his team. Highly highly recommended

The hotel room was okay, but the curtains in the bathroom and shower area could not be drawn down. There is no convertible plug.

I went at the end of March. The hotel is located in the mountains on the outskirts of Tangier, Morocco. The scenery is relatively good. But because it is Ramadan, there are not many basic guests, and the swimming pool is under maintenance. The price-performance ratio of the $50 buffet per person is relatively low. There is not much food and no additions. The customer service staff basically do not understand English, and communication is relatively difficult. For breakfast, I ordered two glasses of 200ml orange juice and charged $12, which is a bit outrageous. Of course, the room facilities meet the five-star standard. After leaving the hotel, I found that I was overcharged by an inexplicable $250, and I have asked the bank for a refund. The overall service level can only be at the 2-3 star level. Not recommended, price is too low.

This is a lovely hotel. The manager does a great job keeping customers happy. Salim is very well trained and understands customer service. The S lounge is great for food. Inspired by bhudda bar. I had some mocktails and guacamole dip with sweet potato chips. The bar and beverage manager Ghali is very kind and lovely to talk too. The music here is great. Budda bar inspiration. Ghali manages the breakfast well. If something isn't there. You can request it... 2 great managers know how to make your stay very pleasant. One of the top hotels in MOROCCO.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Tazi Palace in Tangier, and it exceeded our expectations. The palace itself is a stunning blend of Moroccan heritage and modern luxury, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the city and hills. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The spa offered excellent treatments for relaxation. Our thanks to the attentive staff that made our experience even more special (Adnane in particular). For anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in Tangier, Fairmont Tazi Palace is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

We went to Clementine Social Kitchen at the Fairmont Tazi Hotel in Tanger, Morrocco! OMG, the food was absolutely AMAZING! It was prepared to order and so flavorful! Walid and Fatima were so knowledgeable and checked on us frequently! I would highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Walid and Fatima! ❤️
