Wr had fun experience during our stay at santika premier. The room Clean and the size not big and not too small. They provide toiletries such as tooth brush, cotton bud, soap. The breakfast mostly Indonesian, and provide western such as spaghetti and bread. At my second day stay, there were some different food from first day. For me the fried noodle was too sweet but other were awsome. Breakfast for xtra person about Rp. 220.000 at april 2024. The pool for kid and adult were small. The location very close to Bintaro xchange mall, about 1 km. The staff very friendly.

I'm staying for mandatory quarantine at sahid serpong got negative result on malaysia 2 times and as i arrived at the airport as well.. after 10 days of quarantine i got positive result on covid19 at sahid serpong, I'm so mad, couldn't believe it and also panic at the same time, but what's makes me unsatisfied is when my wife talk to the sales person who handling my reservation she deny everything, she ever mention that people can be infected of covid19 for 3-5 times, this sales person won't give you any solution and just disagree with your words rather than give you an solution, that's not the right thing to say to your customer, she had no empathy at all, since empathy its the first thing you should showing to your customer when you handling a complain. I'm a manager as well on 1 of marriott's property in malaysia, i knew how to talk properly with my guest. That's so unprofesional and dissapointed knowing that i've tested positive after quarantine at the place i thought that ”safe” for me to stay. Pay additional 2 million for another pcr test, 8 hundred thousand for transportation and 14 million for another quarantine at another hotel its not the worst thing, the worst thing happens from the bad services. If you having a problem during your stay at this place don't ever think that you will find an solutions, since no one will care for you or take care of you. Anyway now I stay at C'one hotel a 2-3 stars hotel who handling guest with positive result, they served me way better than sahid serpong.

The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.
