I appreciated the great kindness and hospitality of all the staff, but in practice when you arrive, you have a personal supporter to whom you can ask anything. Ok they are paid for this, but they do their job with passion and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is comfortable, equipped with a swimming pool, of course outdoor, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is the home of wedding parties. The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable bed.A little negative comment: air conditioning in the room is not particularly silent and the noise of the outside traffic is too high in the restaurant. Being close to the industrial area, there are no attractions in the surroundings but the economic taxis allow you to reach the center of Jakarta with a little cost.

The hotel is nice with a very stratergic place but i think regarding the cleaness, youโve to double check. As I check in, I saw the freeze & the drawer still have rubbish from the previous customer. Well, others is okay but when it come to cleanliness it should be more alert by the management.

The hotel is like 5 star standard. The breakfast is so good with a wide variation of food. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the reception are so polite. Ms Fitri at the reception is very friendly and helpful. She helps to settle the activation of my esim card when the data connection fails. Overall good experience and we will stay at this hotel if we come to jakarata again.

Best option if youโre looking for a stay nearby the Jakarta Airport, it took around 20 minutes to get here by taxi. Arrived here at late night. Check-in was not smooth because they ask you to download the app and then you can check-in even if you paid already. So it took me around 10 minutes to do the check in process. The place is super clean, the good thing is, itโs including breakfast (Breakfast Box) and free shuttle service to the airport. We mentioned to have the airport shuttle service through this app, also emailed them, because their phone number wasnโt working. we had to argue to get the shuttle service as they told us itโs already full, thereโs no space. But eventually they agreed. The Bobopod is clean and comfortable. Two shared toilets are there but for taking shower you need to go to the third floor. Checked out early morning around 5, they gave us breakfast box, but very simple. Just two bread slices with tea bag. Overall had a good experience staying here. Not expensive and good.
Note: they only provide shuttle service to the airport. It mean dropping only. Not picking up.

I'm just going to focus on one thing, the shuttle service.
It's *FREE* (essential as I don't speak Indonesian) and easy to organize if you have WhatsApp.
Make sure you download WhatsApp before arriving or when you arrive (if your country bans it).
Then use that to communicate directly with the drivers using the airport WiFi.
This really helped me, as previously I used a regular airport taxi and paid tourist prices.
As for the hotel, you can walk a few minutes to a mini international mall with Starbucks, higher end eateries and Swiss-Hotel

GGuest UserOutstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

GGuest UserI had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6โ4โ, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasnโt a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

DDennyThis facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

GGuest UserTraveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgotโthe East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

Posizione favolosa, tra ristoranti e negozi e perfetto per un comodo check-in mattiniero. Stanza pulita e comoda, letto confortevole e bel bagno. AC con macchina tipo pinguino molto rumorosa ma una volta rinfrescata la stanza si puรฒ anche spegnere. Pareti sottili che facevano sentire anche il bambino che tossiva nella stanza a fianco. Consigliato per la posizione ma portatevi i tappi

This hotel provide airport pick up and drop off, which is less hassle for us to arrange transportation to airport. For breakfast need more improvement, management need more attention to provide breakfast to the guests.My experiences staying in this hotel, when we're ready to go to airport at 5am, they give me only 1 pcs of bread. Breakfast is not ready yet!!! Hopefully in the future this hotel more aware about that. Thank You...

TThe HermitMost convenient place to stay for travellers on transit or deciding to rest after arriving late at night, and planning to head to the city the next day. Room was small and basic, and no windows, fitting the description when I made the booking. Bed and pillows were really cosy. Running hot warer which was excellent. Central airconditioning so I was unable to adjust the temperature. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will not hesistate to use thie hotel for future transit stays.

KKrysV9We have been staying only one night, but unfortunately we have not managed to get a shuttle from the airport to join the hotel. We found a clean and functional room, and the staff was sympathetic and their basic English. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The next day the shuttle to go to the airport is well organized and punctual. For one night, the hotel is very well suited. For a longer stay there is certainly better.
