We were accorded a warm reception by the manager Mr Joseph, was always smiling and ready to help. The hotel consists of a serene environment,accompanied by comfy rooms. The meals are tasty. We really had a great stay and we hope to go back for a much longer stay in future.

From the moment I stepped foot into Tanga Beach Resort, I was enveloped in a world of luxury and tranquility. The quality of service was unmatched, with a team of attentive and friendly staff always ready to cater to my every need. The culinary experience at the resort was a true delight, with delicious and thoughtfully prepared dishes that tantalized my taste buds at every meal. The variety and quality of food offered exceeded my expectations and added a delightful dimension to my stay. The stunning and serene environment of Tanga Beach Resort Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing getaway. The peaceful ambiance, combined with the sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze, created a sense of serenity that was truly rejuvenating. I was pleased to note that the resort had an ample number of staff on hand, ensuring that every guest received prompt and efficient service. Their commitment to maintaining a high staff-to-guest ratio contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. I also had the privilege of spending five days training and motivating the dedicated working staff at Tanga Beach Resort Hotel. It was a rewarding experience to work with such a dedicated team, and I was impressed by their eagerness to learn and improve. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Tanga Beach Resort for their warm hospitality, outstanding service, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of their staff. My stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this oasis of tranquility in the near future.

Nice place, the hotel wasn't that old, but hasn't been updated or kept up as much as it should. Water stains, some outlets not working. I was disappointed there was no beach access at the Tanga Beach Resort. The food and staff were great.

Staff were not trained correctly, the towel were off white and smelly. No milk to make coffee, no shower cape, no tissue box in the room when requested, were told they do not provide them. Kept making mistakes on the bill, when food was ordered, it took over an hour to come to our table. Will not recommend this hotel to my families or friends. For a 5 star hotel (being very expensive too) not impressed. Have been to a lot of hotel, but never one like this.

Great location,beautiful surroundings atmoshere,great staff.Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever,lovely and great first impression of hotel.Everything about the hotel was exceptional.It was clean,stylish.Food was good and great.I always like the way water flow smoothly in the shower.Mr Ferouz Operation Manager welcomed me with big smile thats mae me feel at home.Will definetely be back for a longer visit in the future. The absolute best! Went above the call of duty. The GM and the entire staff were outstanding. The location is great. The food is delicious. The grounds are beautiful. But the staff and the attention to detail is beyond impressive. Next time!
