This hotel and resorts is not recommendable. All are worst. The room had no ammenities likes cups, kettle, slipper, complementary water even cabinet for clothes, alot of ants inside the room and outside the door alot of trash. At the lobby surrounded with flies, no service water at the restaurant you should need to pay for bottled water. The operation of the pool and restau will change without notice. They treatment the swimming pool with chlorine anytime they want. At that time they treatment 6pm the time we want to use pool. The reason of pool attendant is different fron the front desk. The pool attendant reason they will go home early and the front desk reason is the weather..huhh.. They need to treatment the pool urgent so the next day it will be clear. I ask them why did not do it when the opertion of the pool is close? We dont have choice but not to use the pool even they said after an hour it is safe to use. Cause we know it is not. The management had no response for all this things. They dont value thier guest. Never back again....The most horrible experience we had. Just sad it is our wedding anniversary...

Very nice place in a forest. The staff are very kind and helpful. Good money for relaxing in a quiet environment. Our breakfast was served under a very big tree with lots of birds humming. All meals are delicious and beautifully served. I recommend this place for couples, family, friends and a group reunion.

We thought the room we reserve was within the hotel for its price. We discovered later on that it was a simple room, no TV, no hot shower, no intercom, and very far from the main lobby and resto. Dismayed, we call the front desk thru cellphone but i took time before someone answered. We inquired if we can transfer to better room. Then the line dropped. We called again to request a transfer. No one answered. So despite the distance, we just walked back to the front desk to request. A few meters from the desk, we decided to call again, and as we approach the desk, three staff were just chatting, ignoring our call. Wat if the call was an emergency. We are about to upgrade our room and the staff was ignoring our call. If only it wasn't getting late we couldn't have just moved to another hotel.

We are a family of 6. Stayed here overnight with my Mom (Senior Citizen) and a nephew (who is PWD: Person with Disabilities). Me and my sister are 'Balikbayans' who travelled from London, UK. This stay was a bday present for my mom. We have chosen this hotel for peace and tranquility as the website says! I booked the '2 bedroom villa'. Obviously i read the accommodation details and it states that it was 'Senior friendly'. As soon as i saw the accommodation, there was the last 10 huge steps before you can reach the villa! My mom struggles to reached the last 10 steps. So i requested for a changed of accomodations in the main hotel building. We were so tired after arriving from a day trip. So we settled for an early night. However, little did we know, that the tranquility and peace was short lived! We were awaken by a loud noise, people shouting and probably drunk. It started around 10pm till 3am. We politely asked them to lower their voices, as my mum was having a rest and recuperating from a day out. Also, my nephew (PWD: Person with Disabilities) has been deprived of sleep. And the rest of our group (including myself who travelled all the way from the UK) - got no sleep at all! Obviously the walls are not noise proof - as we can hear everything! I was hoping that the hotel staffs will tell them off as they were disturbing other paying guests. I will NOT and will NEVER recommend this HOTEL.

our family stayed for 2nights in casita unit during the holy week Pros: - huge resort, relaxing ambiance - around 2 hours away from Manila - spacious outdoor parking space - friendly staff - room rates are reasonably priced, including breakfast - live band during our stay - playground - hot/ cold shower Cons: - outside food not allowed - reservation was not able to modify our stay dates, good thing the unit is available - limited choices of food at the restaurant; even menu cards are not presentable. - lack of manpower (resort staff) during Holy week but too many ojt/ trainees around - Our pre-ordered dinner taken by their ojt was not relayed properly to the kitchen staff.. Food was cooked in a hurry at the time we picked it up. - buffet breakfast time at 6:30am but the restaurant opened at nearly 7am. - few food selections on snack bars and sundry stores; most items are unavailable. We are hoping they can offer more options since we are not allowed to bring in food. - room/ casita can be improved, stained bathroom glass, clogged sink.

This pet-friendly forest resort boasts of a wide swimming pool with a deep-end (4-6ft) and a shallow-end with some fun sprinklers for kids and kids-at-heart to enjoy. A man-made lagoon with falls surrounded by greenery offers shade from the sun while enjoying the water and some instagrammable shots, if you like. Momarco offers daytours and it has many cottages to accommodate guests. Despite this, one does not get a sense that the place is overcrowded. The pools are well-maintained. At night, the bar (1 of 3 restos) becomes a karaoke place where overnight guests can hang out, have a feel of community, and take turns singing while drinking booze. I thought that was a nice touch. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good and filling. Their arroz caldo stands out for its taste. Our dining experience was underwhelming, though. Food was served quite simplistically (no sides to make the dish look good or more inviting) and taste was average. The staff were courteous and helpful. Momarco has a small spa "hut" which externally looked more like a karaoke place. They also tended to play instrumental pop music loudly that I had to request for the volume to be turned down. They lacked storage for their towels and blankets and a relaxing scent was missing. That said, their signature massage was surprisingly good! Given the uninviting exterior and ambiance, I did not expect to get one of the best massages I've ever had. But I did. Ask for Belle. In the morning, we explored the property and found many delightful things. The property runs through a stream, but the area around it is undeveloped. Its forest is a DENR protected area but can be developed crudely for some recreational hiking. They have a basketball court and a tennis court. I did not inquire, but hopefully, they have a trainer on call, should a guest want to play. Their website mentions that they have a zoo but maybe because of the maintenance cost during the pandemic, most of their animals had already been donated. We stayed at the hotel and found the room to be spacious. The comfort room is also spacious and modern but lacked towel/hanging racks. Momarco is a huge resort with wide open spaces and many nooks and crannies to relax and commune with nature. For its price, the many items for improvement can be forgiven.

It was further than we expected but we found a very clean place with very good service. The staff was very accommodating and worked overtime for us. The pool was quite big and peaceful as you look up to the trees. They have facilities for both indoor and outdoor dining.

We were pleasantly surprised with Momarco when we got there last 26 November 2021. First, going there: if you don't mind the traffic in Antipolo, then you'll be ok. The last couple of kilometers going into the resort is a dirt road, but manageable, and all of that is worth it. When you get to the parking lot, you will have no doubt that you are among nature. You are immediately welcomed by a cluster of tall, breezy trees, and greeted by pleasant attendants. Before leaving the parking lot, they have an area/kiosk where guests are first gently sprayed with disinfectant. The staff are a delight to engage with. They are very accommodating - yes, all of them. The receptionists, the luggage handlers, the staff in the restaurant, the lifeguards. They are smiling, respectful, gentle. We stayed in Casitas 4 which accommodated by big family quite comfortably. It was clean and well lit, and the big glass windows made sure that nature is still welcomed indoors by view. The mirrors were a bit on the rusty side, but usable. The AC worked very well. The clothing rack though was unstable and wobbly, and kept collapsing, maybe because we do have a lot of clothes hanging - wet ones from swimming too! The ref is in good working condition, and we were provided with a bottle of alcohol for sanitizing. The swimming pool was HUGE! And it had various depths for children and adults. The children's wading pool had fountains. And I was happy to see that the entire pool was well maintained. The cottages beside the pool could easily hold perhaps 30 families, with lots of room besides. There's a bar and a gift shop and resto near the pool, but these were closed because of the pandemic, I suppose. They also had a 'natural' pool which was clean as well, and they turned on the water fountain at specific times. Finally, the food. Order the ribs! You will not be disappointed. Soft, juicy, flavorful, and big sized portions. Each order is good for two to three people. Also order their nachos. The cheese sauce is good. My children enjoyed them very much, and they enjoyed as well the very yummy buffalo wings. You may want to ask about the crispy pinakbet before ordering though. We ordered that one, and it turned out something like a vegetable tempura with thousand island dressing. The only caution I would give is when you walk on the paths specially after a spell of rain. Some areas had green moss and were slippery. My husband and my youngest son actually slipped on them, but thankfully came out unhurt. I hope they clean these paths better or put up signs that warn of slipping when wet. That's it. Overall, we truly had a lovely time! And it's only a short trip from our place too! Thank you, Momarco! We will come back again!
