Really handy for TPA having arrived from the UK. Rooms are a decent size, however the sofa bed was not made up when we went to our room. Disappointingly when we went down to reception to mention this we were told that we would have to make the bed up ourselves. Never in all of our travels have we ever been told such a rediculous thing. We we challenged this again, the reception staff finally relented and sent housekeeping to make up the bed.

The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, the service is only good, the breakfast is not good, there is no hotel shuttle bus, the service at the front desk is poor, the day before I made an appointment to take a taxi to the airport at 4 am, the receptionist forgot, the shift was not informed, and the staff on duty was indifferent and irresponsible! I will not stay in this hotel next time!

The room is small but right in the terminal, very convenient for boarding. I chose to stay here for the 6:00 morning flight! It is very expensive to book a car overnight. It costs 40 US dollars just to get in and out during restless hours. I only parked for 2 hours, so be sure to make these calculations.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the largest mall in Tampa. When you exit the hotel door, turn right and there is a restaurant street with all kinds of food. It is highly recommended.

The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the airport, and the airport shuttle of the hotel leaves at any time. Sleeping with headphones, at 4 am, I was woken up by a guest who was catching an early flight next door. It was too scary! The breakfast room is very small, and there are no more places for the guests to sit. Fortunately, my room is on the same floor and I took it back to eat. . . The bed is so small, the double bed is actually 1.2 meters wide, and it can be considered as a widened single bed. I really can't sleep two people. This is the smallest bed of any American hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed is famous @@）

We flew to Tamp for my Granddaughters Graduation and stayed one evening for our early departure. Very comfortable, free parking for rental car. Airport car rental return is literally across the road/ highway we were there within minutes. Since we arrived late and left early, I really can't add much more other that the beds were comfortable, and our room and bathroom were nice. I would definitely book again.
