Where to start : Named the Coral Beach resort it certainly does not live up to its name . Loose electrical cables and sockets in our room , a dirty wall plugged hairdryer that does not work and no alternative was given by reception, worse ever mattress that after 4 nights left my back in pain , plumbing loose and inadequate where you have to choose between cold or hot water. Unsecured terrace door that when we told reception they told us there were aware of the issue but all the other rooms had the same problem. Poor breakfast in a canteen style room : No orange juice, dried up sweet options etc…. Noice levels in the rooms too high : you could hear guest conversations coming trough the terrace doors. Only positive was a friendly and professional waiter in the pool bar . Worth at the most 2 stars as of today but with a bit of investment and commitment from management could be a pleasant 3 star family hotel.

O hotel é lindo, a praia em frente é super tranquila. A comida do restaurante é muito boa. Meu quarto era espaçoso, com uma varanda com vista para o mar e para piscina, lindo demais!
Mas o diferencial foi o atendimento. Eu viajei sozinha e fui muito bem tratada por todos, sem exceção, com muito carinho e respeito. Não sei o nome de todos, mas deixo aqui registrado pela atenção que me foi dada pela Nathalia (Reservas), a Tatiane que fez meu Check in e Check out e o Ricardo (acho que é esse o nome), que era o mensageiro.
Mas todos me trataram muito bem, desde o rapaz do jardim, manutenção, até todos os garçons e recepcionistas.
Recomendo e pretendo voltar em breve!

Hotel muito bom , suite que ficamos muito espaçosa e com varanda , vista total pro mar , piscina grande e limpa , restaurante e bar da piscina muito bons tbm . Todos os funcionários muitos educados e atenciosos. Só tem um ponto negativo , a falta de cadeiras e guarda sol na praia , o hotel que tem em torno de 50 suítes é só tem 3 guarda sol , fica difícil . Deram várias desculpas ( a maioria que pede … temos alguns quebrados e não retornaram ) enfim , todos os hóspedes queriam sim ficar na praia , mas não tinha como .

Lugar incrível, jardim lindo, quarto confortável, piscina gigante em frente ao mar com acesso com pé na areia, comida deliciosa, café da manhã perfeito, drinks magníficos e funcionários super simpáticos. Recomendamos 100%! Voltaremos com certeza!
