The facilities and services provided are excellent. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pangkalpinang. There is a 24-hour restaurant and massage and spa services available until 11 PM.

GGuest Usergood location in the middle of the city near the town square, clean rooms but on the 1st and 2nd floors there is no view of the city, good breakfast with quite a lot of variety, but the room AC is not cold and is like a regular fan at 102 and 219

Ttravel gemNo frills value for money hotel in perfect location along the shopping *****. The room and amenitues is bare. Pilllows, bedsheets and quilt smelled very bad. But the staff responded quickly and change all of them when we told them about it. All the staff very friendly, helpful accomodating and give excellent service. Will stay again when visiting Bangka

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me.
