Courtyard Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital Circle

It was totally clean room with clean lines! Despite other negative reviews, we had a very comfortable staying in a Clean room. Location was easy to find and convenient for traveling via interstate. Lots of shops and restaurants/fast foods are available near by. Compared to how clean a room was vs. water pressure of shower being weak was nothing. Yes, recommend this hotel.

Nothing major wrong here in essence. However, with a lifetime platinum and top tier membership on top, you would expect at least some sort of friendly welcome and certainly not the smallest room on the floor right next to the ice machine. Then, the toilet flush did not work and I tried to fix it myself - not being the handy man I just closed the water pipe so it would stop pouring water all night. Did not mention anything upon leaving as I was simply not up to a discussion with the staff - I know that is now how it should be. All of that can happen anywhere but obviously when going to a Courtyard, paying more than the average rate at such Bonvoy lower tier property, you leave with at least a bitter taste of dissappointment. Maybe it was just the Sunday crew, I don't know, but all of that is for management to fix.

Keisha is wonderful! Very welcoming. Went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed. We really appreciate how friendly she was. Would certainly recommend this hotel. She is a real jewel and an asset to the hotel. Made the trip memorial for us.

We think this is the best hotel in Tallahassee. Super clean, updated, friendly and safe. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and actually takes pride in the hotel. We only stay here now when we come to Tally and recommend it. Very good room darkening shades, plenty of outlets and usb plugs next to beds and integrated into sofa. Honestly couldn’t ask for more. 10/10.

Hotel is in definite need of some updating and the location is really not great, quite a bit of interstate noise and the setup of the streets around that area of Tallahassee is very confusing and difficult to navigate.

On the Friday I checked in I was given a room that wasn’t sanitized. The pillow smelled as though someone had slept on them and the room didn’t smell fresh. They gave me two new pillows only after I had been out all day Saturday, came back and found the same pillows there and the room untouched!! I had to call again. They sent someone with new pillows but they said they couldn’t do anything about the room because the housekeepers had left. They finally changed my room the next day. I still spent two nights in a unclean room. I guess that was better than what a friend got, a room with someone already in it!!! OR WAS IT!!! Not a GOOD LOOK MARRIOTT.

We stayed only one night at this hotel when we came to town to see the Capitol. The room was comfortable and looked nice but there were small ants by the sink area. The air conditioner worked well. We had a room on the top floor and it was very quiet.

The beds are beyond firm. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. The entire 2nd floor smells like an old ashtray. There's no escaping it. The photos look like a modern renovation, but there's huge drywall patches on the ceiling and bathroom walls. We always ask for a feather-free room. We checked in late in the evening and the room still had feather pillows. When we went down to ask for foam pillows, the desk attendant told us he was the only one there so he would have to go and get them. 10 minutes later, we had ONE foam pillow. Between the smells and the allergens, two of us didn't sleep at all, even with the help of benedryl. We are gold elite members and this was a point stay. Even at 17k points, it wasn't worth it. This one is a never-again for me.
