The best mountain hotel! Had a great vacation with my other half, lived in tree houses, great experience, squirrels running around, very tasty breakfasts! Managed to ride the zip line, walk around the area, enjoy the air)

We have been there twice already, we really like it. My son is 4 years old, he has a great time at Ugushi, the children's center. We have been there twice in winter, we should come back in summer. The first time we were in a tree house, but it is problematic with a child. The second time we were in a cottage, we liked it much more. The breakfast is standard for inexpensive hotels, you will definitely not go hungry. There are a lot of people on holidays, of course, it is better to come on weekdays. I really like the attitude of the hotel owner to nature, careful. Great massage. For the first time I went skiing with an instructor and on a snowboard))), and all the conditions have been created for adults. I recommend it with a clear conscience, in general, you will not regret it!

I send my parents there every summer for a couple of days to relax and get some fresh air. We used to rent a tree house for romance, now we rent the 3rd floor of a cottage. It is also one room, but it takes up the entire floor. The second floor of the cottage is divided into 2 rooms and some have a balcony, some don't. If you have a choice, it is better to stay closer to the mountains.

We stayed one night at this resort in the yurt. The accommodation is very nice and very spacious, well heated and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The problem is that all activities have to be paid for (even the children's playground), the Kazakh restaurant is not very good and quite expensive for the quality. The service is poor, the staff do not speak English well and are not very responsive. It’s a shame for an establishment that claims to be 4 stars. And we were off season so we can’t imagine it being high season…

A beautiful mountain resort within the city proximity - approximately 30 min drive! The road is comfortable, there is number of activities on the site: horse back riding, cable car to the top of the hill, mountain bikes, kids playground. I definitely recommend this resort among my faves in Almaty but I have to be back to check the accomodation and dining ops! They say you can book a room that is ... on the tree!
