Everything was fine except that when we arrived at approximately 12:45, they made us check in at 3 pm and it was not due to a lack of rooms, as the hotel had low occupancy.
It had happened to us a few months before and I think it is not a very friendly hotel policy. A situation that does not occur with other hotels, which do allow early check in if they have availability.

Hotel ja teve o melhor cafe da manha de Concepción. Hoje esta sem esse diferencial porem continua bom no tocante a conforto e facilidade de estacionamento

Great place to stay in Concepcion. Easy access to the highway that take you to Talcahuano, Penco and downtown.
Having the ****** and underground parking is a must. Breakfast is very good. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

Muchas gracias al amable personal que nos recibió, si bien es cierto llegamos antes del horario de check inn, veníamos de Santiago y mi hija se mareo en el avión y venía más menos. Nos entregaron una habitación y fueron amables en explicarnos horarios, trago de bienvenida y ayudarnos. Gracias a todo el personal que estaba en ese momento. Aire acondicionado estaba en malas condiciones, al consultar telefónicamente me señalaron que el hotel estaba en esas condiciones, sin ninguna solución, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera mala, con una temperatura sobre 25° en la pieza tuvimos un muy mal dormir, acompañado (por no poder quedarnos dormido) de ruidos de otras piezas o pasillo de gente discutiendo fuerte. Nosotros fuimos para pasar un día en pareja rico, poder descansar para el día posterior salir de paseo con nuestros hijos.. Resultado, papas cansados y con ganas de volver a casa temprano y dormir.. Y es mas, da la impresión que el problema del hotel no fue una temporalidad, sino que están ofreciendo el servicio con conocimiento que no funciona el aire acondicionado.
