"Stayed for a night after our flight Everything was super clean, we really liked the different teas we got in our room. Also, the refreshing face towels was thoughtful. 1. We were picked by the hotel’s pick up service at 11:15 pm. He waited for us for 20 minutes and the communication was smooth before our arrival through email. They regularly checked on us for any delays or issues. 2. Breakfast was superb. Hotel’s location is very near to the bus stop where we took the bus to Kayseri bus terminal for Capadocia. Super comfy bed was a plus! 3. A big shoutout to Halil, he dropped us to the bus stop in his car as he feared we might get lost on our way( he didn’t speak English and we couldn’t understand his directions in Turkish :) Truly praiseworthy, professional and kind! He didn’t took any money though it was just 5 minutes distance by car. "
