Estoy hospedada con mi mamá en el hotel, nos dieron una habitación que a nuestro parecer carece de ventilación por el excesivo calor y consulté con el área de reserva y me salieron con que sólo las suites tienen aire acondicionado y vista a la calle y quieren cobrar S/280.00 soles la noche (igual que CASA ANDINA). Y le indique que vería otras opciones de hotel con habitaciones más ventiladas y me salen diciendo que no hay devolución de las noches que ya he cancelado por adelantado. Me parece una injusticia lo de este hotel, sin comentar qué cuándo saludas con unos Buenos Días en recepción, nisiquiera de dignan a responder y se siente un trato hostil de parte del personal. GOLDEN SKY, hotel bonito y con acabados finos pero la predisposición y atención al huésped no dan ganas de recomendarlo!! No volvería jamás.

Me agrado este hotel es grande amplio limpio el personal que nos recibió fue muy amable me sentí un poquito mal y me brindaron las atenciones del caso. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación ( americano) no me puedo quejar. Lo que sí recomendaría seria una piscina . Y colocar un letrero grande con el nombre del hotel porq muchos no lo conocen . . Se puede descansar no hay ruido.
