Luana Mele Iriomote

This was my first visit since the owner changed. We had two meals included, but we had a wide variety of delicious meals for three nights and four days without getting bored! It's nice to go to various restaurants and eat, but if you're a repeat visitor to Iriomote Island, I definitely recommend the meal-included option. They use ingredients from the island, so you can feel the essence of Iriomote Island. We were able to see the sunset at Hoshizuna Beach just after dinner, and we could see the starry sky from the garden and poolside. We were blessed with good weather this time, and we enjoyed snorkeling at the calm Hoshizuna Beach, which is just a short walk from our room through the garden. It hadn't rained since the end of the rainy season, so the sea water temperature was high, and we were worried about the corals and other creatures, but there were no waves and the water was shallow, so even a fifth-grade boy who doesn't take swimming lessons was able to snorkel without worry. It was a relaxing and luxurious four days of fun. We just got back, but next year, we'll go for a longer stay! My whole family is saying that.
