Architecture magnifique, emplacement féérique entre mer et montagne et centre de thalasso apparemment de qualité. Malheureusement le reste est déplorable pour un 5 étoiles! Chambres très moyennes du point de vue de la qualité de l'ameublement et des équipements, service très loin de celui d'un 5 étoiles. Quelques anecdotes résumant notre séjour : -Bien que l'occupation de l'hôtel soit au plus bas et qu'on soit quasiment seuls (moins d'une dizaine de chambres), on est sorti de la chambre à 9h du matin et on y est revenu à 13h40 : chambre pas encore faite. -A notre arrivée pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. -Au restaurant pour le diner, pas d'huile d'olive et un serveur impoli qui crie devant tout le monde : "JE LUI AI DEJA DIT QU'IL N Y AVAIT PAS D'HUILE D'OLIVE !" (le maître d'hôtel a fait le nécessaire, l'a renvoyé et a apporté finalement de l'huile d'olive... Bref, les prestations de l'hôtel ne valent pas du tout le prix de la chambre, surtout en cette période de basse saison, où il y a des points de vente qui sont fermés, effectif réduit mais pas du tout bien géré....Dommage

Temps d’attente à l’enregistrement trop long, je suis arrivé à 14H et pris la chambre à 16H35. 20 minutes plus tard mes bagages m’ont été remontés dans la chambre, après rappel de la réception. L’eau était coupée depuis la fin de l’après midi jusqu’à tard le soir, pas possible de prendre une douche après la piscine eau de mer, obligé d’aller dîner sur place sans la douche. Au restaurant buffet, les serveurs couraient dans tous les sens et il y’a aucun concept de service à vrai dire, en partant chercher du dessert alors que je n’ai pas encore fini ma boisson et pas encore réglé mon addition que j’ai laissé à table. À mon retour avec mon assiette j’ai trouvé ma table déjà prise par d’autres personnes …panique totale des serveurs et moi avec mon assiette dans la main, quelques minutes plus tard et à force de réclamer on a fini par me retrouver une table…En résumé l’hôtel est situé à endroit magnifique , le cadre est sympa, l’hôtel est propre mais au niveau service c’est loin d’être à un niveau 5 étoiles, le rapport qualité prix est aussi à revoir.
