設施太老舊了，大廳昏暗.電梯搖晃，零度的天氣空調不制熱，換了一間還是不制熱，都是些老舊空調，洗澡水是温熱的，淋浴區頂上還漏風，差點凍死，找客服交涉很多次才找出一個破舊的取暖器給我們，主要孩子第二天一大早要去泰州電視台錄節目，將就睡了幾個小時，早上起耒脖子上一條紅印子，可能是前面評論裏提到的蟑螂咬的再也不會去了，最後奉勸老闆趕緊裝修，不能這樣坑人了
