Stayed for four nights and changed three rooms. I arrived on the first night and gave a room on the south side of the second floor. When I entered the house, I felt a smell. I went to the front desk and changed a room to the south of the sixth floor. The door lock was bad. I couldn't get in when I went out. I found someone to open the door again, and changed the room at the north gate on the sixth floor. I thought about changing the third room. I could bear any problems. As a result, the bed in this room was actually a hard brown mat. There was no dumpling on it. It was the same as sleeping on the board. My husband's patience worked again. I said that I had endured it for two nights. I didn't expect that there was a place to build in the north at night. I was the sound of construction on the construction site all night, and I actually endured it for two nights. Besides breakfast, it was too unpalatable, but it didn't matter. I took a two-day meal coupon to eat. The other time was solved at the breakfast stall at the door. On the first day, I went out to watch the flight show at 6:30 in the morning. I found the waiter to get the meal coupon at 6:30. The waiter was still asleep and told me that I could get it at 7 o'clock. The next morning, I asked at the front desk if I could not get it yesterday. The front desk was very proud and told me that I could get it on the same day and could not make up. Asked the room for two bottles of mineral water, can you give two more bottles? Can't answer. Besides parking, there are not many parking spaces at the door. It is first come first served. This leads us to live in the car and stop and dare not drive, afraid that there is no place to come back. The location is actually good, the bus station and subway are nearby, and a few steps are Yingze Park.

The front desk service at the hotel is very good, warm and thoughtful, and I call to help find things when I drop things. The elevator needs to swipe the room card, which is very safe. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were very complete. The hotel has a parking lot, there is a bus stop at the door, you can take the bus to Liuxiang, the clothing city, and there is a snack street next to it. The overall experience is very good, I recommend everyone to stay!

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Yingze Street, Bell Tower and Shanxi Merchants Museum, and there is a subway station downstairs. The hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy, with an induction light under the bedside table, which is very convenient for getting up at night. I found myself having to stay in Taiyuan due to the outbreak preventing me going home. After several phone calls I finally found this hotel that would receive foreign guests. The staff were very polite and I particularly wish to thank the front desk staff and the concierge who helped me with the various paperwork needed when I arrived. The room was very clean, well furnished and maintained. A fruit basket was delivered which I thought was a nice touch. Living so close to Taiyuan it is not somewhere I would usually need to stay but should the need arise again I would not hesitate to do so. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me about a suitable hotel or if you are planning to stay in Taiyuan. The location is very convenient. Lots of food options and things to do nearby. All in all, Shanxi Hotel deserve praise.

There is only one bathroom trash can in the room of more than 40 square meters, which is not very convenient. Every time, you have to turn sideways to open the glass door and bend down to the corner of the toilet to throw out the trash. 2. The three-in-one Nescafe instant coffee for breakfast didn’t feel right, so I added a coffee spoon and stirring stick. I mixed it directly with a coffee bag, hahaha 3. There is no basic equipment for sterilizing tableware. The waiter took the chopsticks out of an unoccupied corner and gave them to me.

Bring your kids to play x and book this newly opened Marriott to experience it. The hotel service is very good. The kids like it very much. It is very innovative. The personalized service at the front desk Laura saw that there were children and gave them a small cultural gift ”There is a mine at home” as a hand companion. It is really good to have these little thoughts and details. It is up to the Marriott standard. I will choose to stay next time I come to Taiyuan.

Second time I've been to this hotel, they have coffee, the breakfast is good. Also I asked for a humidifier and they brought it. In general it's a good hotel. Very close to the train station.

The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is great, the price is very cheap, and the taste is good. 4 people, 4 dishes (2 meat and 2 vegetarian), 4 bowls of noodles, 3 bowls of white fungus and snow pear, 2 cans of cola, 1 yogurt, plus service charge of 300 yuan, the knife-cut noodles in the picture are only 19 yuan. Hygiene: The hygiene of the hotel is also impeccable Environment: The environment of the hotel is very good, very close to Taiyuan South Station, and there is a subway station outside the hotel Service: This service makes me doubt whether this is a Sheraton Hotel! 1. The front desk clerk did a long manicure, which seriously affected the work efficiency. The 2 check-ins next door were done, but one of our 2 rooms was not done. 2. I said twice when checking in that I didn’t want the room at the end of the corridor, but I was given 2 rooms at the end of the corridor on different floors (one with a large bed and one with a standard room). 3. We booked on 2 platforms, and the room types were different. We were given 2 floors. When checking in, we said that we should try to get 2 rooms that were closer, but we were given 2 floors. Later, because I was determined not to stay in the room at the end of the corridor, another front desk helped us move to the same floor. After chatting with other front desk staff, I learned that there were different room types next to each other. I hope the hotel can strengthen the business training of employees!
