服務人員非常熱情，尤其是辦理前台的小劉，非常熱情，服務周到，各種細則都告知到位，工作態度，嚴謹認真。我是2月13號晚上將近10點才入住的。很晚了，但是工作人員依舊精神飽滿，辦理過程非常迅速，專業，服務認真。
房間非常乾淨，但是少部分設施稍微有點老舊。作為五星級酒店的早餐一般。希望之後可以改善。
