酒店位置不錯，但是服務和設施都不盡人意。冬天開空調後房間温度沒超過19度。臨時出差酒店沒有應急充電線。內部設施有很多破損的地方。

11月25日上午離店，忘記拍房間照片了，衹有外面的照片。老牌機關接待單位，服務非常好，非常規範。從下車開始就有人接行李，前台會詳細且快速地告訴客户基本注意事項，還有熱情的諮詢員，客房服務也很好。住了兩天，也吃到了晉福樓的晉菜，晉福樓的接待小哥也是極帥的。總之服務真的非常好，離店時大堂副理魏先生更是熱情地介紹山西值得去景點，還幫忙提行李，真的超級好啊！
