Taitung Hotels with Swimming Pools

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

It is quite close to Taitung Station. The room is spacious and has a good view (10th floor). The bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry, and a bathtub is also provided. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock, which is very good. Only the sound insulation effect is slightly poor.

Except that it is a little old, everything else is very good. The room is also very big. The hot spring in the room is very good without going out. The service is also responsive. There is a book bar on the first floor for rest, a small children's play area and a free beverage area. The swimming pool is outdoor, and there are bicycles to ride. There is a small park with sika deer to see. You can play for a long time in the hotel. It may be the off-season, so the room rate of more than 600 RMB is really worth it!

From August 12-15, I was here for both hot air balloon flight and paragliding. First time in Taitung and the hot air balloon company recommended to get accommodation at Luye township instead of Taitung city. If you plan to hire chartered ride, stay in Taitung city. The resort offers breakfast (if you opt-in); and dinner at their restaurant that only serves steamboat. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch. Yup, you heard it right, NO lunch and this property is a resort. Staff are courteous. Unfortunately, my feedback about my room kettle emitting odor after boiled was not attended. Transportation....you definitely need chartered service.

The receptionist was very poor. When checking in, he asked if the stay could be extended if a typhoon affected the railway traffic. However, the reply was that it would depend on the number of customers at that time, and extension could not be prioritized, which resulted in the holiday having to be ended early.

Located on the side of Chishang Rice Field Essence Area, you can easily cycle or walk to famous rice field attractions. The weather is cold during the New Year's Eve period, so we provide high-quality heating that is rare in ********* hotels. The warm room is very comfortable to sleep in. The variety of dishes for dinner and the fresh sashimi are one of the reasons why I visit many times. There is also Heineken and unlimited San Miguel draft beer. The breakfast menu is as rich as the dinner. If you are not careful, you will be too full and you will have to give up other famous snacks in Chishang. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, especially the housekeeping staff and restaurant service staff. Although not long after we checked in, the housekeeping staff opened the door by mistake. In addition to the immediate apology from the housekeeping staff, the housekeeping supervisor and senior supervisors also apologized multiple times. We feel very sorry and hope that the housekeeper who accidentally made an honest mistake will not be punished. Thank you also to all the service staff for your warm hospitality.

Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben.

3+1 check in. Just opened the door to enter the room, but there were countless mosquitoes moths at the door, windows, the whole corridor to greet us! It took some time to drive them away! The hot spring water quality is good, I have heard it early! The hot spring boiled egg area is a bit remote and the breakfast is ordinary! There is a high-quality smooth hot spring that is the strength of this hotel!
