房間看日出特別好，陽台上看出去就是海，吃的也方便，老闆人特別好，走的時候還給送了自家曬的鹹魚。

地理位置非常好，下樓就是海灘，非常熱鬧，也方便帶小朋友的家庭出行遊玩。但是酒店過去老舊，傢俱都發黴發黃，廁所還偶爾有些味道，體驗感非常不好。另外，服務態度嘛，除了一天到晚喊你在他家吃飯笑口盈盈外，住客租電動車想讓他們預留都不肯，非要你第二天去問，有就有，沒就沒，那種態度讓你簡直不想再去第二次。真的對這個所謂的酒店印象非常差，如果你也是對住行有要求的人，個人不推薦。

酒店位置非常好，老闆還來接送了，在他店裡吃飯價格也能接受。送我們返程的時候和老闆了一下家常，現在做生意都不容易，

對比了好多家，最後選了這家，這家非常棒哦，房間乾淨衞生，沒任何異味，酒店是幾年前裝修過的，算是飛沙灘非常新凈的酒店了，看了好多其它家都是好舊噶。最滿意就是在陽台就可以看到海了，還可以看到日出和日落👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。去沙灘也好近，落樓行50米就到沙灘了，酒店有食肆的，味道和價格都很愛❤️，下次去上川島還會選這家酒店。

房間很好，面朝大海，春暖花開，老闆人很好，接送去港口，好漂亮的風景，老闆一家人都很善良很好，晚上還去沙灘抓螃蟹出海打漁，上川島必住酒店！

真是非常好的體驗，全家人都喜歡這個酒店，面朝大海，孩子玩的很開心，推開窗還有一個大陽台，樓下就是沙灘，絕對是海邊中的c位，老闆一家人也很好，很開心的旅行～

這一次體驗很差、
第一點：進去沒有車接、出來也沒有車送。房間不如外面的七天連鎖（很臟、馬桶都沒擦乾淨）、大床房就是住在樓頂很破舊的房子裏面、（應該是違建加蓋的）那個推拉門一整夜都很響，根本睡不好👎
第二點：我們放完行李準備下樓吃午餐、住宿老闆就一直盯着我們讓我們在他家吃飯、我們不吃就一直跟着我們到沙灘、説不好吃晚上不叫我們、拗不過他、人家的地盤就跟他去吃了。飯菜特別難吃特別貴。（他反感這種人了，一點邊界感都沒有）
我是高級別的攜程會員、這是我這多少年來第一次寫差評。希望別人別踩坑這個觀日樓酒店。臟亂差！！！還有一點、老闆看我們被宰了不太高興、竟然想收買我、告訴我五星好評就減免一般房費。呵呵對不起、我不需要。
