我以我住了三年的經驗，大概住了不下二十多次，短則四五天，長則半個月，做出客觀評價。第一，衞生，確實有蟑螂，新裝修的行政套房就有，其他商務房間陳舊我基本不住，有沒有自行判斷。第二，環境，酒店位置不好，所在大廈高樓層大部分是夜場工作的女孩住的，比較亂，懂得都懂。第三，服務，酒店前台就衹是酒店前台，談不上服務，不具備酒店管理的素質，因為酒店把我住的房間提前預訂出去且沒有提前告知本人，結果想續住無法續住，被迫退房（我還是住了三年的老客户）（哥們住的行政套房，別説為啥不換商務房間，兩者之間價格差了快一倍了，可想商務設施咋樣，哥們出差的又不為省錢，住毛的垃圾商務房）第四，設施，行政套房新裝修湊合，商務房間陳舊，房間面積小，衹有一兩間是跟圖片相符的，其他全是小號的，掛羊頭賣狗肉。隔音很差，我投訴過，沒毛用。關於智能，就是有個小度然後自動窗簾，燈光有那幾種模式，僅此而已。這種狀態為啥我能住三年，因為我出差離我去的地方近，同時也住習慣了，行政套房價格也滿足差旅標準，以後再也不來。我的評分是對酒店整體的，行政套房要好一些，但好的有限，當然價格更貴，值不值的自行判斷，商務房間不做評論，反正價格在那擺着了。就這酒店的管理水平以及設施環境能開多久真説不好。
