今次來頤和泡溫泉租了這間酒店，配套環境很好，打算下次再来租住，但這次的服務很失望，入住時要求住高層，接待哥哥給了，但很不幸樓上竟然裝修，一清早就被吵醒，退房時向前台反映，希望他們下次不要給這麼吵的房客人，2位接待小姐竟說不关他們事，業主裝修沒辦法，我覺得他們為甚麼不能站在入住者的立場想想，空置房間那麼多，明知裝修房間附近比較嘈吵還給客人真不貼心，反映不接納反冷言回應。
