1. The food is quite nice. Sometimes, there's ice cream available, and you can even cook noodles with soup yourself. They provided fruit, yogurt, milk, and more. 2. I quite like the room; it's big and nice. One improvement would be to have more plugs. Currently, there are only 2 plugs available, and there's one on the living room table. 3. Good room service; the staff is very friendly and does a good job cleaning. They will ask if you need more towels or anything else. 4. Although the location isn't particularly friendly, it's fine; you can walk over to the nearby mall, Miramar, and take the MRT from Jian Nan. But most of the time we will just order Uber.

The service is good. If you ask about extra beds or facilities, you will be given satisfactory answers. The bathroom is large and clean, but it's a pity that the family room cannot be locked Breakfast is also quite good. The only drawback is that breakfast only starts at 9 o'clock.

Nice place to stay with family . Hospitable staff and very good restaurants inside , only downside is but far off from city centre however accessibility through taxi and public transport is good

Merging modern chic with traditional elegance, the hotel is a spectacle to behold. With a beautiful Victorian garden immediately to the left of the entrance, a rooftop garden and swimming pool, and other instagram-worthy spots scattered through the hotel, our stay there was like a scavenger hunt for the picture that will get the most “likes”. Vainness aside, the service is most excellent. The concierge kindly answered all our questions about airport shuttle and local breakfast joints, and was very helpful in general. The room itself was clean and spacious, and every thing you can ask for. Heck, the toilet seat was automated to greet us by opening its cover upon entry in the bathroom! The location, only 5 mins away from the train station and standing right next to the Miramar Entertainment Park, is also unbeatable. Everything that we need can be accessed right at our doorstep. The stay was so pleasant that we didn’t want to leave!

Came here for a staycation with the kids during the weekday. The staff was nice, and helpful! The hotel feels very 'grand' with generously sized rooms. My kids loved running around in the room and hanging out in the balcony overlooking the pool. My only complaint was that the kids play area was closed.

Excellent location and fantastic food options at the food court located in the same building as the hotel. Staff were helpful, patient and accommodating to the various request of mine. More importantly, room hygiene and cleanliness is top notch.

There are night markets, Cosmed, pharmacies, and review stores near the hotel. You can take what you need. 5. The service attitude and professionalism of the hotel staff must be praised. 6. The hotel is far from the MRT, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. But the flaws do not cover the merits, and it is still a cost-effective hotel. In short, I recommend it to you who need it. If you go to Taipei again next time, I will want to stay here.

The location of the hotel is great, there is a department store nearby called Ming Yao. Lots of familiar stores too like uniqlo, zara, h&m and starbucks in the area. train station is also close, there is also a supermarket called Carrefour and 7eleven near the hotel. Happy with their service, the front desk that assisted us is very kind and warm, the check in time is 3pm but we got in the room at 2:20 pm which was so considerate. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again if ever I will go back to Taipei.
