Very good address with a high level of cleanliness, very professional and helpful staff, as well as an appropriate quality-price ratio. I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Taipei.

台北滞在中に2泊しました。良かった点、気になった点は下記のとおりです。 ■良かった点 （1）TSA空港に近い点 TSA空港に近いため、翌日、フライトがある場合などはかなり便利です。夜は9時までとなりますが、無料の空港送迎サービスがあります。市内観光の拠点としては不便ですが、フライトの都合を優先する場合はホテル選びで有力な候補になります。ただ、TSA空港から歩くとなるば大変です。 （2）フロントで英語が通じた点 フロントの方は複数いらっしゃいましたが、いずれの方も英語が通じました。翻訳アプリなどを介して会話しなくて済むため、楽でした。 （3）清潔感がある点 外観は古い印象ですが、客室はかなり清潔感があります。カードキーでセキュリティはしっかりとしています。シャンプー、無料Wi-Fi、バスタオルなど、必要なものはありました。ホットシャワーは問題なく出ます。 ■気になった点 （1）TSA空港でのミートに時間を要した点 ホテルとはOTAのメッセージ機能を利用してやり取りしました。ホテルからは「Our pick-up car has arrived at the door of the second office of the second terminal.（原文ママ）」とのメッセージ。TSA空港の第2ターミナルに「second office」というものが無く、質問しても的確な回答がありませんでした。柱番号で「2」というものはありましたが、第1ターミナルでした。車のナンバーを教えて欲しいと言ってもきちんとした返答が無く。その後、何とかドライバーと合流出来ましたが、中国語しか話せない方でした。恐らく翻訳アプリなどを使っていたのかと思います。高圧的な雰囲気で、運転も荒かったです。なお、別日（チェックアウト日）に空港送迎をお願いした際に空港まで送ってくれた方は、物腰が柔らかく、英語が話せて、とても親切な方でした。 （2）換気扇の音がうるさかった点 別日に宿泊した際、バスルームの換気扇から異音がしており、やむなく、夜は止めてしまいました。初日に宿泊した部屋では問題なかったです。 （3）ドライヤーが客室に無い点 ドライヤーは客室に備え付けがありません。必要な場合はフロントに行って借りる必要があります。ドライヤーはみんなが必要としているものかと思うので、全客室に置いてあれば便利かと思いました。 今回は国内線、及び国際線のフライトの前日に利用しましたが、利便性は良かったです。また、TSA空港を利用する際には、是非ともリピートしたいと思いました。

Best Hotel in my whole duration of stay un TAIWAN compare to the previous hotels in my past stay, Very nice room clean and fancy and clean. Fontdesk and cleaners are nice🥰Will definitely come back!

An urban hotel with good CP value. Stay in a triple room (3 small beds) for 2 nights on weekdays in August 2024. The room is a bit old, but well maintained, clean and tidy. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner and cannot set the temperature. There are only four options: off, weak, medium and strong. The sound insulation is poor, and the sounds of speech in the corridor and the movement of chairs upstairs are quite clear. Breakfast is buffet style, the dishes are average and there are 4 kinds of fruits. There are many changes in the breakfast dishes for two consecutive days. After the meal, the tableware needs to be taken to the recycling place by yourself and sorted for recycling.

This is a very good youth hostel. It is very suitable for people traveling alone, especially girls. I really appreciate that this youth hostel provides dormitories with all girls on the floor, which gives a sense of security. Moreover, the youth hostel is very cost-effective, with sufficient facilities and new and clean beds. Although it is a room for many people, the room is very quiet during sleeping hours, which is very satisfactory. The girls also obey the rules and keep the room quiet. One surprise is that the hostel provides a flush toilet! Very nice! The beds provided by the hotel are similar to those in a space warehouse, with a high degree of privacy and wide enough beds. The location of the hostel is convenient, close to Zhongshan Elementary School Station (Exit 1). There is a 7-11 downstairs and a restaurant, making it easy to find food.  

I was looking for a hotel suite on election night in Taiwan. I called many five-star hotels and got very indifferent service. Among them, Grand Hyatt even hung up my phone (maybe accidentally). Finally, I called Yadu Lizhi, and their phone service made people feel warm and trustworthy. After entering the stay, the service from check in to room service was very satisfactory, and they took the initiative to provide more free bottled water for my three children. Although the decoration of the room and restaurant is no longer novel and a bit old-fashioned, the quality is very good, and even the softness of the pillow is satisfactory. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, the music is very particular, although the buffet breakfast is not much, it still makes us have a pleasant Sunday morning. The only thing that is crippling is the air conditioner. I adjusted it a few times and I still feel bored. After all, it is a bit old hotel. But because the price is reasonable, I have no complaints.

Stayed in standard triple bed room 908 for 4 nights, 2023/11/13-16. Like below points: 1. It is near exit 1 of Zhongshan Elementary School subway station, when you get out exit 1, walk straight and turn right then walk straight down, within 10mins in relax way will bring you to hotel which has big green light on at night time. 2. The room size is big, with two TVs, free wifi, bottle water, daily room cleaning, safe box are provided 3. Bathroom are in the middle of the room, which separate two areas with two separate TVs and lights setting, good privacy is provided. 4. Friendly staff who answered my questions quickly, and help to move two single beds together with double bed bedsheets covered, they called it 併床 or 合床. It is very helpful for family who book triple room. 5. Good breakfasts are provided everyday at 6:30-9am, included breads with three type of jams, salads, fruits, rice, congee, 4 hot dishes, 2 dim sums, coffee, juice, soybean milk, teas. Staff in restaurants are very friendly and let us know the name of dishes and what dishes are for vegetarian, that helps a lot for customers who don’t eat meats. Also, the dishes are changed daily, which is very good as customers will not get bored of same breakfast daily. 6. Near Shuangcheng Street Night Market, around 5 mins walk from hotel, 城市愛玉dessert is really good, tried and highly recommended. 7. Two 7-11 convenient stores next to and near hotel, restaurants, supermarket are near by 8. Have lift 9. Windows can be opened 10. Good WiFi signal in room Don't like below: 1. Daily breakfast time is 6:30am to 9am, will be better if it can be extended to 10am. 2. The disposable amenities are not provided in room, need to get it in hotel lobby. 3. Only 1 lift in hotel, may need to wait in rush hours. 4: no fresh milk provided for coffee in breakfast room.

My friend and I booked this hotel for a quick catch-up in Taipei, after reading all the good reviews here we decided to go with Hotel Cozzi for its affordable rates and convenient location. Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic back in February, I was forced to cancel my trip but my friend went ahead and stay anyways. The twin bedroom is very spacious as you can see, and she only has good things to say about this hotel. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to the metro station so it was easy to get around. The hotel was really thoughtful for providing masks for my friend during her stay as well, prioritising their travellers safety during this sensitive period of time. Will definitely book with them the next time I come travel to Taipei!

I am happy to share my experience at the Courtyard Marriott. It was my first stay at the hotel and I must say I was very impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were quick to rectify any mistakes and even apologized for them. The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the best I have ever had. I must admit, I indulged quite a bit and gained a few extra pounds over my visit. The gym was decent and provided me with a good workout experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional. I even enjoyed the elevator music. One thing that made my stay special was the email I received from the hotel staff (Jane Li) the day after I checked out. The email thanked me for staying at the hotel and requested my feedback on the service provided. This level of customer service is exceptional and I have never experienced it before. Well done Courtyard Marriott! I am definitely planning to come back.

As soon as I entered the first room, I smelled a strong smell of smoke. After complaining, I changed to another room. There was still a smell of smoke, but it was lighter than the previous room. I thought I had to get up early tomorrow morning, so I wanted to just tolerate it. ... Little did they know... in the middle of the night, the sound of unloading goods in the aisle was too loud. Those who had fallen asleep were immediately awakened by the sound of a bunch of iron racks knocking and rubbing together. It was noisy! Unable to bear it, I went out to check and saw the laundry truck making a lot of noise directly outside the room where the tenants were! ! Roar! It's three or four in the morning. Please, can you let the guests sleep? Definitely won't go there again.. very disappointed
