I stayed in a room with two single beds.
The room was spacious and there was plenty of room even when I spread out my luggage.
The building itself is old, but it's nice that it's card-key managed and cleaned every day.
There's a door between the shower room and the toilet, so the floor doesn't get soaked after a shower.
The air conditioning is a little weak?
It was winter in Taipei, so the humidity was quite high.
The outlets are the same shape as in Japan, so no adapter is needed.
The only disposable amenities were slippers.
Shampoo and body soap were provided, and there was a bar of soap instead of hand soap.
There was a hair dryer in the shower room, and another one near the tea set.
There was a little dust around the refrigerator and under the bed, but it was within the acceptable range considering the location and price, where the MRT, buses, and ubikes are all within a few minutes' walk.
It's not a flashy hotel, but considering the calmness of the surrounding environment and the convenience, I think it's just right for those who have visited Taiwan a few times.
The photo shows the road from Exit 4 of MRT Songjiang Nanjing Station.
As there are no streetlights on this road, it is safer to access from Exit 5 at night.
Exit 4 has an escalator to ground level (stairs from ground level to basement), but Exit 5 has only stairs.
