An old five-star hotel with very standardized management, which is reassuring.
The front desk quietly upgraded a room for me. The room furniture is not new, but it is clean and tidy. The aunt who cleans the room is very nice and cleans it spotlessly every day.
There are many bus lines downstairs, and it is also close to the subway station.
The front desk service, sanitation cleaning, and taxi service are all great.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location is quite nice. Amenities are severely outdated. The entire hotel feels like a relic of the 1980s. It’s scheduled for a massive renovation and will probably be much better once they complete it. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid the deposit through trip.com then was required to pay again at the front desk upon checking in. When I went to check out they claimed that I had not paid anything at all. I even showed them the charges on my credit card and the trip.com transaction information. They only acquiesced when I threatened to call the police. I think this hotel is dealing with financial issues and is perhaps scamming unsuspecting guests.

Overall, room is clean, service is good, location is strategic with direct access to public transport. Service can be improved where they initially assigned a standard room size equipped with superior double bed to us who reserved a superior double room. Unfortunately we have to stay a night in the assigned room before shifting to the intended room. Photos below are the initially assigned room where it is different from the pictures shown on Trip.com for superior double room. Overall, it is still a good hotel.
