The staff was friendly and even when I forgot to return the key, they were happy to help. Also, there were many staff who could speak English, so I felt safe.
The room and shower room were clean and comfortable. I did not use the breakfast service, but fruit and bread were provided.
If you mainly enjoy walking around the city, this is a good place to stay. The location is very good, close to Taipei Main Station. However, the wallpaper was thin and I could hear people snoring in the next room.
