The clerk had a black face. I think service industries should have a smile. On the day of check-in, even though I greeted the clerk first, she still didn't respond. 😔

Last time I had a room on the same floor as check in and it was a bit loud on that floor. This time I had a room on the 10th floor. Very satisfied. Will stay again. Nice area - easy for public transport. (Bed is ruffled as I had been laying on it).

The breakfast included in the room charge but what I got was a paper bag with sandwich inside.
As I know Taiwan’s people are cosy and hospitable, but in this inn you would not find any smile from the staff. I was wondering, didn’t I pay to The room charge.

The transportation is convenient and very close to the Arena. It is a good place to stay for a concert. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The room is clean and bright. I will stay here again next time I go to a concert.
