I'm not sure if this is a common experience. Requested for change of used towel on our 2nd day of stay, concierge asked us to collect the towel at the end of day after our trip. On the 3rd day, we requested housekeeping at almost 10 am and returned back to the hotel at 5pm and the room was not clean, confronted the concierge, and was told they ONLY started cleaning at 4pm level by level and not prioritising to the staying guest rather than they prioritising the empty room..
Amazed by the rules they had, check out timing at 11 a.m, and they only start cleaning at 4 pm.
Side note, it is rather funny. During the 1st day of our check-in, the concierge requested us to give them Google review on the spot.
