I am very satisfied with this charging trip. The service attitude of the staff is good. The decoration is my favorite style, with industrial-style lighting and retro sofas. The equipment is also very good. The air conditioning is controlled on the wall and the toilet has many functions. , the large screen of the TV part is enough to watch! Location: It located infront local train Taichung not hsr taichung. But it is very easy to access using local train from hsr taichung/Xinwuri to local train taichung. A lot of convenience store nearby and two vegetarian shops located near the hotel the other one just at a corridor beside the hotel. Amenities: give some tea and coffee. Water heater provides. Hair dryer provided. Towels provided. Some self service can take from counter one time use shaver, toothbrush and toothpaste, indoor shoes. I booked this hotel as it stated that there are parking lots. When I came to check in, staff only said that there were not available and directed me to the near by parking where I have to pay fee. Staff who are at the counter check in were not so friendly, unlike the staff who are at the breakfast entrance and in front of the elevator area, they were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and we got the view where we can see the main train station.

Clean is small but super clean and comfy. Breakfast choice was good and changed every day throughout the entire 3 days of stay. The additional plus point would be the free laundry room at Ground Floor which you can wash for your clothes and dry them free. Staffs are polite and kind to assist you with any enquires that you have. All in all, a pleasant stay at City Inn Hotel (Taichung) and would return again for the same hotel the next trip. Lastly kudos to staff - Emma who has helped to maintain the cleanliness of Room 701 throughout the entire 3 days. Appreciate your effort. Thank you 😊

The hotel itself is very old and some parts definitely need to be refurbished and refurnished. I had issues with the door lock, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me fix my issue. The hotel has all necessities I needed as a solo traveler, but you definitely won’t get any luxury here. For short stays and budget, this hotel may be good, because of its incredible location in the city. In just a few minutes you are at the train station. Next to the hotel are 2 convenience stores. The hotel scores in its really friendly staff and its strategic location. However the building and the room is very old, the bed takes time getting used to and definitely needs an overall upgrade!

Booked through Ctrip's new user discount, the VIP king room is priced at 3061 per night on weekdays. The hotel is located on Taiwan Avenue, which is a traffic artery in Taichung City. It is very convenient. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Fengjia Tourist Night Market. The room is decorated in a classic style. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and I find it comfortable and easy to sleep in. The swimming pool saunas are open, and reservations are required before using the saunas. The breakfast menu is rich, including Taichung's special fried noodles with Dongquan chili sauce. The freshly squeezed juice is delicious. My boyfriend who lives with me also likes the breakfast dishes. Evergreen Laurel Hotel Taichung is considered a five-star hotel with a high CP value in Taiwan. Although the building and equipment have a sense of age, they feel that they have been carefully maintained. I will visit again next time I come to Taichung!

The Lin is located right next to a nice park and there are many restaurants across the street. There is also a mall right behind it for other food options. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many different types of cuisines to pick from and the food tasted great.

Great location as many snacks restaurants, all within walking distance. Staffs was friendly. There is all day coffee makers, water dispensary and light biscuits at the front desk. room is spacious and clean. only cautious is the door may not lock when you close to go out. I did not notice until I returned in the evening and the staff quickly came to rectify. seems that some problem with my card. it was replaced and the door is able to self lock again.
